Is this wrap a joke!?!? And didn’t even offer a replacement or refund!

I get the same thing every time. Paid for the spinach, and it was sooo sweet like there was no spinach so I asked for more and got the worst attitude from the employee I even offered to pay for more which he did make me do. Not sure what the attitude is about it’s a freaking smoothie.

Both mine and my husband’s smoothies were completely watery. This is the second time in two months that we come here. First time we thought it was a one-off but now this is clearly a pattern. At $9 a piece, do better Booster Juice.

Booster juice nails it, consistent every time . Only thing that sucks is the paper straws

Please be aware Of what is punched in as a tip. Someone I know was in there yesterday bought a booster juice. The lady tipped $610.00 For a booster juice.
Then the lady had the nerve to blame it on the customer. Money was back in person’s account ASAP. Stay visual people.

Staff is very rude and the smoothies always turn out very watery. This is never the case at some of the other locations in the city.

We usually never have problems with this place we always stop by when we are in Winnipeg like today we ordered two Mango smoothies and my fiancé was enjoying it until he spit out a piece of tinfoil wrapped in plastic that’s scary and concerning

What's the point of my online order for pick up in 10 mins when the people who show up significantly after that get their orders first while the online order sits at the back of the queue until asked about it

No diversity in their hiring practices. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Worst location in the city. Server was extremely rude. There are so many items to choose from on the menu and my daughter and I were reading what we wanted.
The server came to take our order and I mentioned to her we needed more time.
Instead of leaving us to give us more time she stood at the till and started tapping on the metal counter top very loudly.
I should have walked out and left at that moment and regret not.
She was rude for absolutely no reason.

Update....got a message from the owner who fixed the problem. That is service!!

A couple weeks ago, on August 18th, I ran in to grab my family some smoothies.. while waiting for my drinks, I was looking into the greenhouse where they grow their barley grass.. I quickly noticed it was all covered with mold. I told the lady who was blending my drinks, and she had no reactions and shrugged it off. I was kind of stunned, so they either know and don’t care or didn’t know and don’t care. It was very unappealing and I won’t be back to that location ever again! (I don’t eat the barley grass, but still, their reaction and nonchalant attitude had me concerned!)
