I work overnights and tried to get a smoothie at 915. They close at 10 pm but yet they were closed, with the employees still inside. This is now 3 days in a row that this has happened and now its just annoying 😑
I don't feel like a valued customer when I am in this location. The people are not very welcoming, they don't follow request as simple as a thick smoothie, the floors are dirty and for some odd reason they play Christian music which is just weird considering the company isn't Christian.

Feeling ripped off - Busy Bee Açaà Bowl not worth $12.99 before tax in my opinion
I stopped at the Booster Juice on St. James in Winnipeg and ordered the Busy Bee Açaà Bowl for $12.99 before tax. What I got looked nothing like the pictures on their website - the bowl was half-filled, with very little fruit or toppings. For the price, it felt like poor value and honestly disappointing.
The online photos show a full, vibrant bowl packed with fresh ingredients, but what I received was nowhere close. It feels like this location is cutting corners, which really takes away from the experience.
I even tried to leave feedback through the Booster Juice website, but the form wasn’t working properly - so I’m posting this here instead.
Hopefully corporate sees this and addresses quality and consistency, because customers should get what’s advertised and what they’re paying for.

We took 2 juices, and the cup was less then 40%. And when I ask that server said this is the actual quantity we serve. Felt like a scam. She made more than she served us, After that she brings the remaining one back kitchen. Worst experience I can say!!!

I get the same thing every time. Paid for the spinach, and it was sooo sweet like there was no spinach so I asked for more and got the worst attitude from the employee I even offered to pay for more which he did make me do. Not sure what the attitude is about it’s a freaking smoothie.

Both mine and my husband’s smoothies were completely watery. This is the second time in two months that we come here. First time we thought it was a one-off but now this is clearly a pattern. At $9 a piece, do better Booster Juice.

Booster juice nails it, consistent every time . Only thing that sucks is the paper straws

Love it. Prices are justified.
Please be aware Of what is punched in as a tip. Someone I know was in there yesterday bought a booster juice. The lady tipped $610.00 For a booster juice.
Then the lady had the nerve to blame it on the customer. Money was back in person’s account ASAP. Stay visual people.
Staff is very rude and the smoothies always turn out very watery. This is never the case at some of the other locations in the city.
We usually never have problems with this place we always stop by when we are in Winnipeg like today we ordered two Mango smoothies and my fiancé was enjoying it until he spit out a piece of tinfoil wrapped in plastic that’s scary and concerning
What's the point of my online order for pick up in 10 mins when the people who show up significantly after that get their orders first while the online order sits at the back of the queue until asked about it
