The worst service ever! My sister has cancer and is doing chemo, this is the only place she find tolerable to drink. I order here almost every week after my sisters chemo. The one time we complained it being very watery we were asked to come back. We did and was declined by that indian manager who lack skills of a manager and basic customer service. The words he said are “how do i know you’re not ripping us of and getting free drinks?” Who says that to your loyal customers!!

Ordered through skip, it was half an hour to close and an employee called my phone and asked if I could cancel my order because it was late. I told them I couldn’t because the order had already gone through and when my order arrived I was missing a smoothie.

Service was okay. They didn't seem to be happy. I've gone here a couple of times now, and the frozen fruit isn't blended very well. It's left with frozen chunks in the bottom of the cup.

It is mid June and they still have their seating area closed off due to Covid. I used to love coming here with my kids, enjoying a smoothie while sitting on the comfortable bench and chairs. A fun family tradition. I have left notes and many comments for the owners to please re-open their seating area. But they owners don’t care. The staff are frustrated and can’t do anything about it. I will go get a smoothie somewhere else.

So sad to see the employees in a bad mood when you only want a smoothie, no greeting at all and didn’t even give napkins. Bad mood can definitely ruin your smoothie. There were some chunky pieces of fruits on mine and my husband’s smoothie, the banana was kind of unripe.
