Horrible drink made.. I’ve had drinks here before and no issues. Made a strawberry storm and was honestly the worst thing I’ve ever had. Tried to exchange it even though I bought 4 other drinks perfectly fine and she recharged me for a new one. Supper rude and not very bright … Perhaps customer service training is needed here Jan 3. 8pm

The staff here are very nice. Great customer service. But the smoothies aren't as good as they use to be, not sure if the ingredients or recipes changed. They are more watery and powdery tasting than what I used to have.

Ordered the pomegranate punch for the first time since a year ago. Absolutely horrible, had to throw the whole drink away after 2 sips. Tasted like drinking powdered chalk with a bit of artificial flavoring.
Would have rather the price to increase than the quality of the product to decrease so significantly. Waste of $10.
