We are in Winnipeg on business trip. We thought Boston Pizza is walking distance from our hotel. Only to be disappointed from the poor service from start to finish despite the place was empty. We end up paying and move to across the street to Elephant & Castle.

Ordered food was told there was no shrimp Parmesan pasta on the menu (it was online at their location) which was fine so we ordered fettuccini with shrimp there’s no shrimp. Did not put any sour cream on spicy pierogi pizza little to no toppings on the pizza absolutely horrible restraint to order from do not recommend wish I could give 0 star

As a young teen I'd rather eat at a more comfortable atmosphere instead of a bar like atmosphere, but I also understand Boston Pizza is catered towards adults. Pasta is also brought out on a large plate to give it a large appearance.

Picked up food during the hockey game, the place was packed and people were waiting outside. Insanely busy and the staff kept up amazingly. They were also extremely friendly, good job guys!
