Had dinner and watched Monday night football with a group of friends last night. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. The server could not be nicer. Happy hour ends at six so make sure you get there early. Do not have the happy hour appetizers - it is a better deal to have the regular menu appetizers. BTW, there are prizes during the game supplied by BP. Well done!

So I've been coming here on and off for a number of years now with no issue. But, when I had a bad experience last time, I assumed it was just a one off. Undercooked deep fried pickles, and slow service. No big deal. But my last visit was just more of the same. Won't be coming back, standards don't match the price point. Not sure if this is just a BP thing, or this specific location.

Had a great time catching up with some Friends, it would have been a perfect evening if not for the wasps that wouldn't leave us alone. I think they need some traps on the patio for a better experience next time.

On Sept. 27th, 2024, between 7:00-9:00 PM we (7) came to this BOSTON PIZZA (1919 Bishop Grandon) FOR A BDAY PARTY. Emma was our waitress. I can't express enough how important it is to me to have good service. Emma was truly amazing...attentive to our every need, warm and friendly. Emma made us feel like we were welcome and wanted.

Ordered on-line from BP's website for delivery. I asked for utensils TWICE in the instructions. I also instructed the driver to come to the side door of the house, as I was staying at an AirBnB and did not want the home owner (host) do he disturbed. The driver went to the front door and the host had to accompany him to the proper door. They also forgot the utensils that I asked for twice. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager McKayla who said she would send out utensils as soon as the driver got back from his run. Half an hour later, I still did not have utensils so I called the restaurant again. The manager explained that they only had one driver available and they would be sending out utensils asap, while I've already been waiting over half an hour. She offered me a coupon for a free dinner, which I accepted, even though I don't live in Winnipeg and may not use it. This was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received the coupon. Also, when I eventually did receive the utensils, 45 minutes after my first phone call, it was a different driver than my original driver, so the line about only having one driver available was obviously a lie. Next time I'm in Winnipeg I'll consider every other option before ordering BP again

Went there for my daughters birthday supper messed up twice on our food orders not enough dressing on our salad disappointed an didnt even get a free bday dessert for my daughter for bday
I don’t know how to explain this but we were there 2 days with my kids and service was terrible. Waitress were so mean to us. We were talking to her and she walks away. We were so confused and uncomfortable. No value.
