Our table was ready but when they noticed my mom having trouble walking they gave us a closer table. Without hesitation and showed genuine concern. Every single person that dealt with us was absolutely kind and caring. The head manager, the server, the two people who brought out our food, the guy in the red jacket who brought us more coffee and water. I asked for an additional sauce from the person who wasn't our server, and she did so without any air of attitude or hesitation like you might get at other restaurants. On top of all that the food was hot and delicious.

The portions are very small for the price of things. Prices went up and portions went down unfortunately. The side salad was maybe 5 bites and the side of fries was tiny . Nearly $20 for chicken fingers and fries! In the chicken tacos it was mainly coleslaw with two small pieces of chicken in each taco. Most bites were just the slaw and soft taco which isn't very appetizing. Sad because I feel like it used to more more value for the price. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. No complaints there.

I exclusively order Hungry carnivore for our pasta Tuesday tradition (almost every week). I asked the manager if the recipe has changed and he said no. I told him that it didn’t taste the same. He offered to replace it but my intention was just to just raise awareness and not get it replaced. He came back and compt anyways. It wasn’t my intention to get a free meal but he insisted. I appreciate the gesture. Our server Lindsey was also exceptional. She kept following up and offering what she can do it make it better.

Ordered delivery from them last night and half my pizza was raw. You think when you spend 80 dollars on pizza it would be better quality than little Cesars but wow that was disgusting. What a waste of money.
Food was mediocre at best. Asked to have romaine lettuce only in my salad and it came with the mixed greens instead. Wait staff did not come back to ask how things were so there was little opportunity to let them know about the problem. No refills on drinks, server appeared to lacked interest in our group of 10. Chicken in salad was spicy (not as described in the menu). I know this sometimes happens when items are cooked in the same oil as the cactus cuts.

This recent visit today was horrible. We were a party of 12 and were neglected. An hour after we ordered we starting getting our food, which was cold. They offered to reheat our food and we had to ask for refills for the whole table. It took a bit and then they offered to remake our meals. The pizza for my husband and I was brought out and taken back as the other order was wrong. They obviously reheated our pizza when they brought it out as the cheese was hard and it didnt stay hot for more than 2 minutes.
This was the worst experience we have ever had at this location. Very disappointing as we were celebrating a birthday.
