This recent visit today was horrible. We were a party of 12 and were neglected. An hour after we ordered we starting getting our food, which was cold. They offered to reheat our food and we had to ask for refills for the whole table. It took a bit and then they offered to remake our meals. The pizza for my husband and I was brought out and taken back as the other order was wrong. They obviously reheated our pizza when they brought it out as the cheese was hard and it didnt...

Our service Linda (not sure if that's the right name but she had red hair) was great. Even on a busy evening she managed to listen and keep up with our table and everyone else's while keeping a good customer service attitude especially engaging in a conversation with my significant other too.
