The lady who helped me on the phone was excellent, much better than the downtown location., But when I went to pick up my phone someone else served me. After paying $65 for a medium pizza and a wrap they hand me the debit terminal and ask if I’d like the tip option. Why would I leave a tip when you didn’t do anything other than your job Nothing irritates me more than a restaurant expecting a tip on take out I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a Boston pizza again

I went up to the bar in the lounge to order a drink and one waitress (short girl with black hair) was standing in front of me. She completely ignored me and didn’t move aside to let me order. She was retrieving drinks and was “fondling” the tip of costumer's beer bottle with her dirty fingers and playing with an orange wedge in the other hand which she then used as a garnish. So disgusting! Considering all the things waitresses touch without washing their hands I wouldn’t want someone fondling the rim of my drink and garnish. In the past this same waitress has lied about cleaning my table when it was visibly DIRTY. Please hire new & professional staff Boston Pizza!

Did the Bomber bus, had pregame applies, food was good prices seem to have gone up a bit, quality was pretty good, atmosphere was great and the bus ride was awesome! Will go again to pregame for the bus to events....

Came in for lunch and was served by Yzzy, what a rockstar. Food was awesome, quickly made and good quality, but my server was the real highlight. Even in a very busy restaurant she was able to take the time needed to make me feel as though I was the only table. Kind, funny and professional, I hope to see her next time I’m in!

She’s an absolute rockstar and is the kind of person who makes you feel like the most important guest in the place. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched. Drinks? Always perfect. Food suggestions? Spot on. Service? Next level. She doesn’t just do her job, she elevates the whole experience and makes Boston Pizza the place to be.
