We came earlier than our reservation but we were seated in a matter of minutes. The carbonara pizza was amazing. I find that the crust on all pizzas is so good. Our server, I think his name was Brendan? Amazing service. He was knowledgable on the alcohol drinks and did a very great job at engaging with the table. It's been years since I've gone to BP and this was a good experience

Horrible food and service, waitress was not friendly had to wait over 20 minutes to be served, still no service walked over to bar to get drink and return to miserable restaurant, soggy old food nothing fresh, poutine had cold gravy and cheese not melted, rushed out the door and won't be back

Stopped in at the Henderson location with a few friends from Calgary. Service was great. They had a nba game on instead of nhl playoffs, not a big deal tbh.
Only negative is, i ordered french onion soup. There was barely any melted cheese or bread crumbs. It was flavorful though. Need more cheese is all.

It’s people like Danish that make this place the best. The food is standard BP so take it as it comes and the beer is normal priced but the service makes you want to make this your spot

Ordered my food and got it. Had a few bites and it was bland. Waitress was back to fill drinks never asked how the food was. I don't like to complaining bring things up so didn't say anything till the end when they asked if I wanted a box. Manager came over and was all defensive and argumentative (though they did comp it and took it back) I left without eating a meal. Not really a good look to just argue right off the bat.
The food is soo good its amazing I recommend you try the Pearogi pizza 🍕 its the best

My family took me out to dinner for Mothers Day and when I ordered my food I was specific with what I ordered and told the server I am allergic to dairy and gluten. The kitchen prepared my food and put my fries in with dairy and guten products and gave me sauce that may contain gluten. I had to run to the bathroom to get sick and was in there for approximately 30 mins.The server called the manager over and he didnt take me seriously and swept it under the rug, telling me I shouldnt have ordered the fries. I am now having to run to my bathroom to be sick and may have to go to urgent care if the pain in my stomach doesn't go away.

The server was amazing! Food excellent as always My partner and myself come here a lot so we decided to go last night for dinner with our little one. It was a quiet night maybe 4 other tables had people, we were sat in a booth everything was fine and good untill the booth beside us started to be absolutely out of hand dumping their drinks throwing stuff around their shoes were half way across the restaurant. All you kept hearing was their glasses being tipped over/ spilled. Stuff smashing and bagging around. They proceeded to yell “ i pissed my pants” multiple times through out the night. Not at a respectful level either other people from other tables were staring over like what is going on. I’ve honestly never experienced such disrespect human in a restaurant aspect before. I understand it’s a family restaurant it’s loud but considering it was a quiet night very very few people, and they were just acting absolutely disgusting and so disrespectful and showed no self worth. So my partner a myself decide to just mind our business just ask for the bill to go don’t even wanna stay for dessert at this point. I was buckling our son into his car seat and my partner was just cleaning up our table and staking up the dishes for the server. Then all of a sudden a piece of food comes flying over from the other booth just missing my son and myself! I was extremely unimpressed and honestly disgusted. People need to raise their child with more respect now a days.
