We had a great experience at Boston Pizza! The wings were delicious – perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also tried the Panama bread with extra cheese, and it was warm, cheesy, and absolutely amazing. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with just the right amount of dressing. Everything tasted fresh and the service was friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

I got serious food poisoning here a while back. There was something seriously wrong with a chicken burger im the texture was weird and I only had one bite. It made me ill for a week I probably should have gone to the doctors it was that bad. The manager was nice enough but at the time i didnt know how bad it was going to make me otherwise id have had more to say at the time.

Have tried some of their lunch menu yesterday. It was very busy due to Black Friday. But we were seated right away after 5mins as they don't accept reservations. Great food and good service!

We were seated within 5 mins of arriving. Server was nice. Food was delicious. The white sauce with the pasta was a bit underseasoned but the salt and pepper were on the table to adjust taste accordingly. Otherwise, it was a positive experience.

I ordered a chicken pecan salad with breaded chicken. They sliced up the chicken and then deep fried the pieces so that all pieces were sinewy and dry. The husband ordered a Boston Royale with so little cheese, the toppings all fell off when trying to eat it. Should have taken a picture but they sat our party of 4 in the darkest booth in the lounge. We did bring this to our server’s attention and they charged me for a garden salad instead, didn’t bother with the pizza.

I visited the St. James Boston Pizza on Nov 21 around 9:30–10:00 PM with my friends. While the servers were all wonderful—polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—the manager at the front was a completely different story. Her attitude was shockingly rude and unnecessarily arrogant. I have no idea what kind of attitude she is carrying with herself. Honestly, I’d strongly recommend she consider some professional counselling or customer-service training. Thanks
My food was good. The only reason I'm giving less than five stars is because Boston Pizza used to be a place where we could go and count on a few gluten-free items available on the menu. The manager claimed they recently changed suppliers for a number of their ingredients and everything was may contain. The two members of our party who had to eat gluten-free do so because they have celiac disease and not because it's just a dietary choice.
