I recently visited Boston Pizza, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 30 minutes for our order to arrive, which was unnecessarily long and frustrating.
Additionally, the plates provided for serving the food were not properly dried, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. I’ve encountered a similar issue during a previous visit, but this time, I felt it was important to bring it to attention.
As a regular customer, I believe Boston Pizza can do better in terms of service quality and cleanliness. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to maintain the high standards customers expect from this brand.

Fantastic experience! The food was good as always (chocolate explosion cake was fantastic) and our server for the night (Dec 11) was incredible. We think her name was Isabelle - she's been working there for many years. It wasn't a busy night, so she had time to chat with us. Wonderful conversation and great at her job.
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza was great!
Parking: There aren't many spots so it might be difficult on a busy night

Had to wait for the waitress NUMBEROUS times & here’s the kicker… it wasn’t even busy… (2 tables only) 🤷♂️ Even waiting to pay the bill 🤷♂️
Vegetarian options: They removed the Beyond Meat substitutes which is disappointing. Probably a financial accounting thing… 💲💲💲

Unfortunately on this visit our food was cold, management did come out and make it tight thus the service rating. Accidents happen will give another opportunity at some time in the future
Amazing time out with my daughter for a lunch treat. As always, the BP food is on point and delicious. This is definitely our favourite city location - the service is consistently outstanding!

Delicious desserts, a person like me who doesn’t like sweet things but crave for the Brownies that I have here. Also try out there fries, its yum 😋. And this place has a very nice calm dining experience which I love about this place. You can visit with your family and friends for birthdays and special occasions. The staff is very nice and friendly. Loved this place :)

As a returning customer I’m really disappointed at how ignorant and careless the servers are. Today my bf blood sugar was dropping when he walking pass the restaurant, he came inside looking for help. He was sitting at the front, couldn’t speak because he was too weak, he looked like he was gonna passed out. The servers saw him but no one ask if he was ok. When he finally ask one of them for a cup of water with sugar (he did mention his sugar dropped) it took her a while to bring the water and there was no sugar in it, and no candy or soda were offered to him. When I called to complain, the manager said they were too busy at the time that they didn’t notice he was there, and they didn’t hear he said anything about his sugar was dropping. They apologized to me, I felt better because I thought they really didn’t mean it. After I hang up, I called my bf to tell him about the conversation between me and the manager, he told me that wasn’t true, it wasn’t busy at the time, there were only a couple of customers, the servers saw him, and they did nothing but standing there talking to each other. He was sitting there for 10-15 minutes, no one come to talk to him but they only greeted the customers that walked in after him. Luckily his house is nearby, otherwise idk what’s gonna happen to him. Worst people I’ve ever seen, not coming back again.
