Server was rude, the customer service we got was below average. Food was good but service was not

We reserved a table for 6, the booths are very small. No where to hang heavy coats on the side of the restaurant we were on. It was very tight, appetizers came and minutes later main coarse which included the big pizza trays. Needless to say with all the plates and pizzas it was very awkward eating. Service was amazing though as well as the food. Just not enough room for us all. Next time wait till we are finished our appetizers before bringing main coarses.

Our server Sara was amazing, so kind and nice! Our food was also amazing. I would just ask that the music be turned down, as it was very loud and made it hard to hear others at our table.

We generally love BP so we assumed this would be our experience again. Wrong š¤¦š»āāļø To be fair, it was very busy but, are the staff not trained for that? Service started slow after waiting about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by our server (the hostess ended up dealing with our final bill after we had sat for 15 mins waiting), server forgot items we requested several times, the chicken tacos tasted like fish and ended up not eating them, fries were cold, food was brought out at 3 different times, (the first arrived while we were still eating appetizers and the last being almost 10 minutes after the rest were half done eating) and after requesting no ice, had a drink so watery it tasted like lemon water and a double rum that tasted like cola only. Beyond their control but, this location was very busy but very child centered. Where we sat (5 average adults crammed into a booth), we were the only table without small kids. We sat through screaming kids, kids running around the restaurant and just a lot of chaos. That's on the parents but, perhaps management could have reminded them that others were also trying to enjoy a dinner out. We will still enjoy BP but perhaps just stick to our regular location from now on.

Pretty good BP, food was great, our server Sara was great, didn't have to wait for food very long. Overall great restaurant, except one minus for Boston Pizzas is that most servers dress up immodest. However Sara was fine (at least at that time)

Food was tasty and lunch menu portions were still a decent size. The restaurant was not that busy (we arrived after 1), but we waited for someone to come seat us, and had to flag someone down for the bill. The staff did help each other out, though
I ordered the ribs & wings combo. The blue skin on the ribs not removed and slimy. They sent out another order and it was the same. Garlic toast? It isn't even toasted at all. I will not order again from Kenaston location.

Awesome place to go for eatsā¦ were there with 18 people, they had absolutely no problem with getting us in and seated all together. Our server Shaina (if i spelled her name correctly) was very organized and smooth sailing getting everyoneās order and bringing food when it was readyā¦ given our group size the way we were served I would give 10 stars if possibleā¦ very good food and very good atmosphere/service all aroundā¦

I enjoy BP occasionally, but every time I go I seem to feel regret after. Got a medium pizza, a salad & a coffee and it ended up being $76 with a 10% tip. I understand inflation but it just seems crazy to pay nearly $80 for a pizza and a salad. Also, $5 for a mediocre coffee at a pizza place is crazy.
The service was wonderful and the food was pretty tasty but the price hikes are getting ridiculous. The food isnāt THAT good ā not bad by any means ā but not at all consistent with the price in my opinion. Big chain vibes for sure. No wonder itās always dead when we go there. If Iām going to spend $80 on a mean I might as well go somewhere fancy.
