Taylor did a great job serving our “very fun” group this evening! She was prompt, attentive but not hovering, and gave us suggestions as we mulled over the menu. Thanks for making our evening fun as we celebrated our son’s new job! Whoever your manager is, I hope they read this :)

Taylor was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel completely taken care of — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind without ever being overbearing. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, kept our drinks full, and made great recommendations that ended up being spot-on.

What stood out most was her energy and professionalism — she had a natural warmth and confidence that made the whole experience feel effortless. Even when things got busy, she never missed a beat or lost her smile. It’s rare to find service this good anymore, and Taylor set the bar sky-high.

If every server were like her, dining out would always be a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be asking for Taylor next time!

Terrible service from this waitress. Our table was sitting for 45 minutes with no service, no waters, no refills. We saw her walking around to other tables, checking her phone, stopping to watch the game for 10 minutes at a time, at one point she looked over at my friend and I staring at her, turned around and walked away. I ended up having to go to another waitress and explained that we’ve been waiting for 45 minutes and just want our bills, our original waitress was behind the bar and heard this and said “I was just at your table” to which I told her “no you weren’t”.
When she came over with the bills, she went around the table from left to right, purposely skipping me (I was sitting in the middle) and leaving me for last, I then heard her talking poorly about me leaving no tip to the bar staff - something I’ve never done before. There were 7 other people at my table that can confirm how long we were waiting.
