I have been here about 3 times, love the chicken burger, it’s a okay price. The atmosphere is okay, I prefer booth, it’s quieter. Nice service. Love the vibe and aesthetic of the restaurant.

Made a reservation for a 15-person group yesterday and Brown’s was willing to accommodate us even though they had two big other reservations. I was impressed with the service (our server was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed). Food was delicious and the set up was great. Big shout out to the manager for arranging the reservation for us, even when we requested it so late. Would for sure go back and recommend this location whether you need a table for 2 or a table of 15. I had the blacked chicken Caesar and it was delicious. Excellent

What a great spot to celebrate a special birthday. We were sat on the tables side with a nice quiet experience - there is also a pub side which seemed more social/happening. We Loved our server Emma and the food was outstanding! We had a hodge podge of appetizers along with shared mains. They even brought a lovely dessert! Thank you for making this evening one we won't soon forget!Vegetarian options: So many options - thank you for the great menu and selection! Can't wait to return to try more!Dietary restrictions: They waitress was quick to find alternatives to any dietary restrictions. Very knowledgable about food allergies/alternatives, etc. Obviously trained well.Parking: We arrived after 5 so parking on street was free.

If your female, and think you’ll have to use the washroom, bring your own toilet paper they didn’t have any in the ladies washroom when we went. Although the excuse was that homeless people come and steal it even though there’s a security guard for the whole building sitting at the entrance. Continually kept getting told drinks are on the way and food was on the way to only get a little frustrated that your blatantly being lied to your face. Phoned the manager and they said they would follow up and get back to me but didn’t . I won’t be going back. All for a bill that is quite high for a sub par experience.

Hey everyone. I was staying at the hotel next door to this restaurant for the second time. Every time I'm here I always try to give this place a chance , thinking it's not as bad as I remember it. But, unfortunately after this trip, I'm just over it. The management and staff here are absolutely unattentive to customer service and quality control. I've come to this restaurant many times and just been left sitting there with no server coming to say hi or anything and having to leave. Went for a drink with a friend and the manager made us a cocktail (because the bartender was missing and we were sitting there for an awkward amount of time, (the place was entirely empty), the drink he poured us was extremely different than the drink the bartender poured, and when we pointed it out to the young manager with glasses, he really didn't care or didn't seem to want to address the situation. We even asked it to get replaced, he just walked away saying, "oh well I don't pour drinks that's what I pay my staff to do". Most of the time the staff are sitting around with unhappy and bitter looks on their faces. One of those "Mean Girl" Club Vibes. Not to mention the whole place smells like dirty bar rags. Anyway great place to go if you don't care about much except drinking and partying. Ironic part is the food is actually not bad. Anyway, Don't expect much.

I was leaving the restaurant. Outside on the street. The manager ran out to me, to hand me my camera! My $3000 Sony A7iii and 55mm carl zeiss lens. I’m a regular. It was a honest mistake on my part, as I asked them to hold it safe behind the bar.Awesome people and service all around!!

Aside it from being a chain. It's reliable and good. The service is great even when it's busy.I've been here 3 nights in a row to end my nights during my vacation.From being seated promptly, to great attention to sit down and order taking - we weren't left with empty cups or empty bellies. Weren't pressured on upsells but there was always a recommendation on our requests.It's close to the popular hotels and the Canadian Life Centre which makes it a great place to start or end the night.The food is great,the drinks are great and the service is incredible. Highly recommend any of these restaurants across Canada.

Very tasty food, every time I order from Browns the flavours are always great. I just ordered wings, sushi, & an oreo cookie jar. Firstly very tasty, the only thing I would add on the wings order would be adding ranch or just something small on the side, usually that’s a must for the pallet when having hot wings. Sushi is always on point!The dessert however (oreo jar) did disappoint a bit, I didn’t taste much of the cream cheese at all was just oreo and whipped cream mostly, also was fairly small portion for $12.25. My 500ml bottle of coke was almost $5. So i paid $10 for 2 small cokes. Over all the food tastes and looks fantastic! Just could use some small adjustments.
