i almost always get the burger and fries, because it has always been good for 25+ years of going there. service would be a five if we could hear a little easier through the security glass! fries have allways been fresh and crispy. good value for the price.

Loved thier onion rings. Had no been there for a while!
Shinkflation at its best portion seemed like half of what I remember!
They were still good but won't be back for awhile. Not great value for my hard earned retirement income.

Ok. I hat a burger here 10yrs ago. Hated it. A lot.
Went back today after much prompting from friends. It was pretty damned good. Glad I gave you guys a second shot.

Asked for tomato on my sandwich and rookie worker proceeds to go to other counter, looks like she is putting mayo on it, then proceeds to start wrapping it up. My mouth is hanging open and I asked her if I could get some items on my sandwich. She then has a blank stare. Asked again 3rd time, could I have tomato, lettuce and just a little mayo. Maybe time to take down the glass so workers can hear. So now its like alot of mayo on it.😬 Maybe going to start tipping after receiving my meal. Only my 2nd time complaining and that time was again because of a rookie. Have never had any issues with the regular workers.

I've been coming here since I was a kid as I grew up in transcona and moved to Fort Garry 20 years ago, and every time I go to transcona myself, I come here. The owners are friendly, and you can always have a conversation with them. The daughters are polite and easy to talk to as I wished there were more in the city, but im glad we still have this 1.

The fellow making my food did not listen to what I wanted on it. Felt like I was getting attitude for ordering.
I ended up throwing it in the garbage. The customer service and quality is becoming secondary to taking that cash. This used to be a good place.

One of the best burgers Ive ever had!

Food is da best. Can’t complain about the atmosphere. I got a story about service though. I’ve been going there for about 20 years and always enjoyed the factory special. The other day I ordered the same but the rookie waitress give me a twin burger with (bacon and cheese) which I didn’t order (great marketing 😂)but everything tasted the same as the factory special 👍I’ll be back

Best place to eat in Winnipeg! Delicious. The burgers are amazing. I highly recommend the factory special.

Yes the patties are from frozen but it’s the toppings when fully loaded and tasty buns that make this burger very good.
