I think the greeks must have sold the place. The cashier was nice but the cook couldn't really understand English, and he kept flipping our burgers numerous times then bending them till they split to see if they were ready! 3 times! Well anyone else knows you're releasing the juices so the burger will be dry! Cashier had to help him a few times, I guess she was training him. Burger was fine, that's all we had to eat. Old decor, which is ok, but kind of dirty and the bathrooms could use a wee bit of upgrade so it doesn't make you feel gross. 2 burgers and 1 drink 20$,burgers are goodsize!

The fish was over cooked and the poutine was way to salty. And it wasn't hot , mushy fries. Sorry but the whole meal tucked.

Everything was lack luster. My hamburger the last 2 times were off: meat was not the same. Soggy bread bun. I'm not coming back. Staff were just there and on cell phones.

Terrible! Frozen style pre-made burgers with frozen style fries and a basic bun. I felt like warning everyone that was coming in while I was there. Five Guys prices and 7-11 quality.

I tried Burger Factory for the first time in Alberta and was horribly disappointed. Decided to give it another shot in Winnipeg, but sadly it’s just as bad! They claim the burgers are “smash patties” but they’re quite literally half an inch thick and frozen. Their patties taste bland, under seasoned, and the texture is akin to rubber (it’s a really awful frozen patty). For the quality of food, you might think you’d be paying a lot less. That’s not the case. A bland and frozen twin patty burger and fries cost me $21 CAD! Absolute thievery for the quality of the ingredients offered. Steer clear from any and all burger factories.

I brought my fiance here after years of telling him how they have the best, biggest chicken burgers in the city. Not sure what happened, but the chicken burgers we were given were smaller than what you'd get at A&w and just not good. The patty was half the size of the bun and had no flavour. I also ordered onion rings, they came burnt to a crisp. Waste of time and money.

Most disgusting place ever. Staff can't understand your order. Not friendly at all over priced gross food. Would not feed this trash to my dog. DO NOT RECOMMEND...DON NOT EAT HEAR HORRIBLE FOOD AND
This used to be my favourite burger place in the city, but they are a scam. You put in your order and when you don't get what you order they say you never ordered it but charged you for it anyway, then they tell you if you want you can order again and pay. So you pay twice. I don't think so. Never going back again.

One of the best burger joints around.Food is a hundred times better than all the burger franchises.
Fries were undercooked and definitely not worth the price pretty sure they were frozen fries and not homemade the gravy was good the burgers were also frozen burgers for the price I would expect the food to be homemade.
