Burger King was overwhelmed this lunch hour. The McDonald's across the street had no internet, and their sales tills were closed. Their customers came to Burger King and wanted more than the restaurant was prepared to provide. They did what they could by thanking customers for their patience with free onion rings. I was in no rush and enjoyed my meal.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I usually come to this location quite often but on February 2nd I ordered a burger and immediately became violently ill. I’m still feeling the effects of what i believe to be food poisoning. I tried calling but no answer. I also know a friend who ordered from here a day later and also became very sick with the exact same symptoms (haven’t seen them in person for a long time so they didn’t catch anything from me). Don’t know what’s going on lately because I come here all the time and the food is fine but they definitely need to look into it, it’s not safe!

We have had nothing short of a great experience with this restaurant - Every time we have come to this location, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they always get the order right, they aren’t chintzy with extra toppings (ie: extra onions and pickles etc) and the food has always been hot and fresh! Tonight, we placed an online order for the first time on the mobile app for pickup and it was an easy and seamless process - which was welcomed after a long, stressful workday (hence not wanting to go home and cook) and it also being a whopper Wednesday! Keep up the great work, Burger King - St. Mary’s!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't know what happened, if it's new ownership or what but ever since the renovations happened a few months ago the customer service /food wait times have been atrocious....even for the most basic order your waiting a minimum of 5 minutes. What makes it worse is you're typically the only person in line, if there is somone infront of you shut your vehicle off and save some gas.. one positive I've noticed is the food is (consistently)the best it's ever been almost seems like they make your food "fresh" to order. Ultimately that defeats the purpose of a fast food, if I wanted to wait I'd go to a burger shop down the road. Doesn't look like they are low on staff either, very disappointing.

Slow service and far too expensive now, $13 for a whopper meal, $5 for 8 chicken nuggets, it will cost you at least $18 to get enough for one person.

I took my kids to this store on my fourth day in Winnipeg and ordered a kids' meal. I went to ask the shop assistant for tomato sauce, but my English was not good, so I said tomato jam to the shop assistant, and the shop assistant was laughing at my English all the time. At that time, the two Indian shop assistants at the front desk mercilessly laughed at me, laughing loudly all the time, tomato jam, which was very loud, I was still eating in the shop with it, the quality was so bad! I don't think this store hires employees on a personal basis? No basic work ethic!

Very disappointed In the downgrade in the quality of the food and service. Tasteless burgers and over cooked chicken fries, when asking for fresh chicken fries the staff was irritated and rude! manager is rude and said everything is fresh worst
