Made an online pick up order, picked up on store. Food was piping hot, service was awesome, and we decided to eat in cause the store was so clean. It's BK, and for a BK, it was awesome. Whopper Jr meal is on point, $5 for Whopper Jr, Small drink, and fries.

This burger king was extremely slow (20 minutes for a simple drive through order, a whopper and a chicken sandwich) and when my order was ready I got yelled at and didn't even get a "sorry for the wait". Food was alright, fries were cold and unsalted. I recommend going to any other location.

I AM REVIEWING THE BURGER KING ON STERLING LYON PARKWAY NEAR THE OUTLET MALL SITE. This particular franchise has gone down hill. Was great when first opened. Will not go to this one again now. WHOPPER patties are the size of a regular hamburger now. Tasty but the burned dark brown BUN is way larger than the patties. About one third of the Whopper had no meat as the pattie was so small. Pickle slices had extremely chewy rinds that I had to spit out. This has happened three visits now. At first I thought it was an off day, but it's the usual now. Fries are a hit or miss. This time they tasted day old and stale. HOWEVER THIS OWNER SHOULD KEEP HIS FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF AS THEY ARE ALWAYS SO NICE. The owner should bring in the better pickle slices and actually buy patties that are WHOPPER size, also not burn the buns. No one will eventually come here. Too bad as it's a nice clean place with great staff.
Burger King is still the most affordable place to get quality fast food and great service. We never go to "the clown" place anymore.

Went to the drive thru hardly any customers but still had to be directed to wait out front for 5 minutes for my order of 1 Whopper and poutine. Whopper was terrible, stale bun, dried cold patty 2 shriveled dried up tomatoes barely any lettuce. Worst Whopper I've ever had plus very slow service, I will not return too many other options out there to spend my money.

Burger King is way better than McD in many ways. Their burgers have a real size for starters. Even though the place was empty it took them quite some time to prepare our menu and they had to go back and forth with the fries. And the Coke machine didn't have Coke. Those were the only downsides.
