I used to order from here occasionally when I was driving by and the quality was decent. They have really gone down hill. I used a coupon to get a double cheeseburger and small fries for $6 and what I received was definitely not a small fries. I pretty much paid for an overpriced cheeseburger. See the image. I won't be back.

Had a bacon king there and first of all the bun was all crumbly and looked like it was a month old and the meat tasted like it was in the microwave all day long already, plus it had about a three-quarter inch of mayonnaise on top and it tasted like a salt bomb and the fries were all salty as well. Not very impressed for $20.

Ordered online as I was in a hurry to get somewhere. When I arrived, the food was not ready. When I mentioned that the whole point of ordering online was so that it would be ready, she replied that it would only take a few minutes, which totally defeats the purpose of a pre-order.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Burger King. The service was super slow, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers at all. My order came out cold and missing items, and when I tried to ask about it, no one bothered to fix it properly. The place didn’t look clean either — tables were messy, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

I like BK, that's the reason for the two stars. But I'm fed up with this location. Once again I go up to the counter and the staff just walk away. I understand that they may be busy but to walk away from a potential paying customer isn't acceptable.
I see no reason to walk up to this counter anymore.

I had a very bad experience at this Burger King location. The employee Sonia showed a rude and unprofessional attitude, which made my visit extremely unpleasant. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect, but instead, I was met with unnecessary rudeness. Management should address this behavior to improve the customer experience.

I stopped by Burger King today and ordered a Whopper combo — everything was fresh and hot, but what really made the experience stand out was the service from Abhinav.

He was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Even though it was a bit busy, he handled everything smoothly and made sure my order was perfect. He double-checked everything, got the combo out fast, and even asked if I needed anything else before I sat down.

It’s rare to get that kind of genuine customer service at a fast food place, but Abhinav really went above and beyond. Shoutout to him for making my quick lunch feel like a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

So my mother and i ordered through the drive thru an Oreo blast and a chicken burger combo. The lady told us to wait 5-10 minutes which was not a problem. i requested bacon to be added and I paid extra for bacon but when i received my order and reviewed the receipt i found that i was charged for the bacon but there was no bacon in the sandwich. Secondly i was charged an extra $2 for a drink upgrade that i never asked for. On top of all of this the Oreo blast was left on the counter which resulted in it being melted by the time we received it. I would give no stars if i could.

I eat here almost daily , best bk in the city hands down. 5$ whopper Jr. meal cannot be beat. Drive thru is always quick and hot.
