Last week get wrong drink. I ask for diet coke and get ice tea with tons of sugar. Just 1 hour ago ask for chicken burger and get a whooper. Don't recommend this restaurant they don't seem to care. Top it off noone in drive thru and 2 people at the till. It's bullshit already. Not returning anymore I drive to Kewatin street for lunch.

I was very upset with the price when I saw the size of the fries and drink. Burger was the only good thing. I paid $18 for the things to be medium but they weren't. I'll stick with my McDonald's seeing as when I upsize everything I'm paying for the same amount maybe less. Not impressed and ridiculous.

Bad service and bad behaviour of staff(special girl who work at night shift )…. Tooo much attitude &ego and don’t know how to talk with the customers….

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. When I placed myorder the guy could barely speak english and got my order wrong. Not to mention asked for no ice and it was three quarters filled with ice. Burger was decent that's about it.

We ordered a whopper jr and fries and a coke and a cheese burger, more fries and a milk.
Parking: Lots of parking because nobody was there. 6::00 p.m. Monday.
Kid-friendliness: There were two 10-12 year old boys in there eating when we arrived. Nice kids and they cleaned up after themselves. That’s it! Loads of parking. Zero atmosphere. McDonalds is better but costs a bit more. We won’t go back.

My mobile order finished in BK Regina, I didn't check location twice. Fast and surprising solution from employee. That is how you keep customers. Thank you all ?

Some food was over done or felt like it sat there for a couple hours. Service was slow (full well knowing they had a large order ahead of me). Unsure if the medium drink shrunk but ordered a meal and received a small. Food still tasted good however.
Vegetarian options: Just there beyond meat or whatever they call it there.
Parking: Very few spaces, mostly used for truckers on the go. Only 5 spaces
