I placed my order with the manager and watch as the food was made and sat in the window getting cold. As he mixed cold old fries with new fresh fries. No wounder this place is losing money, burger king stopped caring about customers food. I will not be returning.

Ordered online and when Food came, it was the completely wrong order. I called them to ask why the order was wrong and they just hung up on me. Ive ordered from this store alot and I always get something wrong with my orders, online and in store. Horrible customer service! Food is great but HORRIBLE WORKERS.

The bathroom was absolutely revolting 🤢 It stunk like an elementary school bathroom, the garbage was overflowing, the toilet paper holder had an extremely thick layer of dust over it. It looked like it has never been cleaned. If only I could give zero stars

The old lady who give out order atleast care about the customer waiting for yours attention to take order. I ordered it through uber eats, when i was in pickup they took 15 minutes to give out my order. The cashier lady gave my order , not that old lady. You are the worst!
Came in for lunch, no toilet paper, no ketchup. Told the server that the soda machine dident have bubbles. She tested the machine and sayed it working.
Soda was a wast of money. And the service is none existent. Last time I visit this location.

Another good experience with BK, this time the kids gave a 👍 approval. They were not busy when we got there. Got our food and ate inside. There was a steady flow of customers all seem to get their order in a decent amount of time.
