This place is absolutely garbage. They swerve you cold food and left over fries from hours ago. I am also adding a photo of their medium fries portion.. never going to this place again

Very dirty, filthy, burger King. Their
bathroom was not cleaned & this was in the morning! They blamed homeless people for their business being filthy & dirty! There were no homeless people, it was empty. Very dirty, very filthy, I just left it was way too filthy. I hope the city sends health inspector to this location.

They need to clean up the restaurant one of the workers just spray and wipe the table but dose not clean up the floor they need to train to look at everything what it has to be clean and everything I been working for fast food joints for 18 years and everything is important in the restaurant customers are kings and queens

I’ve visited this Burger King several times, but recently I noticed the cleanliness was lacking. The trays they serve the food on are quite dirty, with visible grease stains, which gives a bad impression when receiving the meal. Additionally, the soda dispenser doesn't have ice, which is a small detail that could be improved. I also saw that the tables are cleaned with a rag that seems to be quite dirty; while they remove food scraps, the table still has a greasy layer that isn't properly cleaned.

I hope they take these points into consideration, as cleanliness is an important factor in providing a good customer experience.

manager has no idea how they deal with the customer complain igot my whole order wrong when i went there and talked to the staff she called a manager but manager is clueless and she dont want to replace my order she just want to give me 1 meal instead of replacing my whole order zero common sense i dont know how they are running the business

Haven't been to any BKs in a while. Maybe it's me maybe it's this location maybe it's the franchise but the burger was moist (from being the the steamer a long time) but flavourless (probably for the same reason)
