Whoever is working the drive-thru window cannot enunciate English. I could not understand anything she was saying even after going to the window I could not understand her. You need to put somebody at the window who speaks fluent proper English.

Very poorly managed... Service slow with people not motivated... Know this place for a very long time... Unfortunately this place is going downhill! Worst driving experience! I was with my kids and I came across a super arrogant and rude employee. Zero customer service! It's obvious she's not a shareholder. You already have no customers at your place and you allow yourself to treat your customers with such contempt. You're killing the Burger King experience. What a waste!!!

Had an amazing lunch at BK today! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the fantastic service. The guy who took my order was super friendly and made sure I was happy with everything. He even came over to the dining area to check if everything was good. Such a thoughtful touch! Definitely planning to visit again soon. Highly recommend!

Got the churros and they didnt season them or give me the dip, so I paid for fried dough... I didnt think it was that hard

Very dirty, filthy, burger King. Their bathroom was not cleaned & this was in the morning! They blamed homeless people for their business being filthy & dirty! There were no homeless people, it was empty. Very dirty, very filthy, I just left it was way too filthy. I hope the city sends health inspector to this location.

They need to clean up the restaurant one of the workers just spray and wipe the table but dose not clean up the floor they need to train to look at everything what it has to be clean and everything I been working for fast food joints for 18 years and everything is important in the restaurant customers are kings and queens
