I just want to comment on how you only comment on good reviews. The gentleman from 7 months ago with the mold on his bun no comment from burger king. I know it happens I've had it happen at another popular place. But not only did they apologize and replace my meal I was also refunded for my meal. Comon Burger King you can do better

They claim the washroom doesn’t work how the heck can you tell your customers with out an apology that “the washroom doesn’t not work” Fix it or at least one of them, flippen rediculace! That doesn’t say out of order, He declined me Because he thought I was a non paying customer!

My order looked like a child made it. Was missing lettuce, tomotoes, onions. I paid for extra lettuce, bacon didn't get it. Very sloppy looking. Cold food, food looks like crap. Very, very sloppy. Horrible looking. Hard to believe that came from Burger King. Staff has no standards. Zero. Made our lunch time a nightmare. Went home and eat leftovers. BK Osborne you need more training. Will never ever ever go to BK again.

I went there today and was genuinely impressed. A girl working at the front had the friendliest customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly nice and welcoming, treating every customer with such kindness and positivity.
About a month ago, I left feeling dissatisfied as a customer, but today, as a DoorDash driver, I had a completely different experience. She definitely turned things around and deserves a full 5 stars. Amazing service!

I really appreciate this Burger King. Craving fast food, it's a quick walk. They always get my order right and it's always fresh. I brought my dog on a walk and a very sweet lady answered the takeout window. I didn't wanna bring my dog in the restaurant, you see. Even though this lady was scared of my dog, she still offered her water and took my order. I really appreciate it. I am always treated with great service here which really makes the food taste better. Thank you to the Team at Burger King on Osborne!

The girl that took my order was so rude that I ended up cussing in front of my children I was so mad, the manager dont know hoe they resolve the problem he had so bad attitude . im disgusted with there behavoir and will never be back from other reviews I'm not the only one who had this experiance so beware
