I've been to winnipeg 4 times, every time I come to this restaurant for sit in, and leave with 8 or more whoppers. Always fresh and can tell when burger good after 6hr car ride and 2 days in the fridge 😋

I placed an order thru Burger Kings app on Dec 29 2025 @ 4:45am and the delivery driver never dropped off my order to me as one of the instructions were to be handed off to me. I would like my refund since there was nothing given to me. I paid $41.27 just to starve from Burger King. I will not be returning to Burger King ever again if they don’t make this right. I just want my refund.

Great experience except for how they wrap the burgers every time lately I have mayo hand prints all over the wrapper and it get on my hands please do it properly.

One of the best Burger King locations in the city! I usually do DoorDash deliveries overnight, and the staff here are always polite and professional. The guy at the drive-thru is especially well-behaved and makes the experience even better, he even offers me a drink if I have to wait more than 5 minutes. Small gestures like this really make a big difference. Highly recommend this location!

This place advertises it's drive thru as 24 hours which is not true. They don't take orders on drive thru between 3.30 and 4.30am , the excuse is they are updating their system or working their till, and this is every night . False advertisement and no service.

The Indian lady behind the counter was very rude. Actively ignoring me when I was standing there for over 5 minutes waiting to it order something I got very upset and walked out. I will never come back to this location.Customer service is absolute trash

As DoorDash drivers, we’re supposed to receive complimentary drinks at Burger King when picking up orders — something clearly allowed by DoorDash policy. However, this location refuses to honor it. The manager had no clue about the rules, and the staff were not only untrained but also incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we politely brought up the issue, we were met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior.
It's clear the workers here haven’t been properly trained on handling delivery drivers, and the manager doesn’t seem to understand or care about the partnership with DoorDash. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not what you'd expect from a major fast food chain. The communication skills of the lady working over their was also very bad.
I hope corporate looks into this and ensures their team is trained on how to treat drivers with basic receive.
