I am impressed by the service that has been provided by Rupinder Singh. He was working on Window and receiving drive-thu orders. This person was excellent in communication and customer service. He knows how to deal with the customer and he helped us alot. As we are new to Burger king and this person helped us alot in selecting the order and suggested which will be the best thing for vegetarians.

I hope manager will rea this. I just got home now at 3am. This is the 2nd time in 6 weeks they told me there out of beef only chicken...wth ?? I have been going to this every once in a while for 20 years. NEVER and issue..The first time it happened I had a extremely difficult time understanding the East Indian girl. I kept saying sorry I cant understand you. Then I finally figured out she said no burgers only chicken. Today, the exact same thing, struggling to understand. Then I get and he says no burgers on chicken. This time I said how the hell do you run out off burgers. This is supposed to be BURGER KING NOT CHICKEN KING, this is unacceptable. Once again I went over to Mcdonalds. I like WOPPERS. My family memember said they were being LAZY because it's big deal to properly clean the grill..Calling the manager in the afternoon and sending an email to corporate. Ireally ptefer to spend my money at BURGER KING, NOT CHICKEN KING.

Creepy location. A meth head was screaming in the bathroom and several creepy people panhabdling outside and inside. Didnt feel safe with my kids.

Went to enjoy some lunch with a friend. Seen a worker there pouring ice in the drink machine. He seen us there but decided to continue to fill the machine. A Uber eats guy came in and told another female to help the guy out. Wow we came to eat there. After we were waiting to be served there came a lady with it looked like her grandchildren. The lady that was helping the Uber eats driver told another lady to help these lady out. Mind you we were waiting before they came in. All in all there were 3 ladies and a guy working there as I could see. They all couldn’t care that we were first. So we waited for awhile no one asked us if we wanted anything to eat. So we said the hell with it and left. Very poor aditiude with this place. I guess you have to be hindo to order from this place. Not only that. What restaurant locks all the doors that leads you to open the door. We will never go to this location again.
