suzan is amazing, sweet and very quick. I usually don’t like bk but she made me fell in love with it. she deserves a raise, people at her age seek retirement and she is earning living. To end with suzan is phenomenal

I have lived in the neighbourhood and been a customer at this location for over 30 yrs. I have not eaten in in 24 yrs. (Since my son's foot was badly injured by a very unsafe playroom door)
There are 2 constants at this location... food is what you expect in taste, appearance and cost, however the service being horrible is the other constant. Drive through trips take an average of 15 - 20 minutes regardless if you are the only car or if there are 2 ahead of you.

The cashiers can’t listen right I payed for 5 burgers they gave me 4 they tried charging me 8 dollars when I said I wanted 5 burgers I said 4 chicken jrs one whopper jr they gave me 2 chicken jrs and 2 whopper jrs they don’t give the right cup to me to drink water they take too long to take my order and it takes too long to process it the only good thing in this place is how cheap it is other than that it sucks

Disgusting service at this place at 11:30pm , I came through to get fries and this old white woman that worked treated me as if I was homeless even though i was a paying customer. I told her the dinning was closed and I didn’t know the timing. Then, she makes this impression of how it is drive through and stuff. I was like okay and she asks me of what i wanted and I said small fries.
Upon opening the door she asks me to step back as if i am like to rob her or something. Never seen any like this behaviour absolutely disgusting atmosphere. Never coming here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone here.
No wonder you guys don’t have customers .

This Burger King on Pembina is by far the worst I’ve ever had. I used to live nearby and often bought their chicken nuggets, and for the longest time I thought Burger King nuggets were just supposed to be rubbery and chewy. But later, when I tried the Regent location, I finally realized that Burger King nuggets can actually be crispy and hot, the way they should be.
The Pembina location is honestly a disgrace to Burger King. It feels like they are completely ruining the brand’s reputation with the way they serve their food.
Drive thru is always always busy.. have to wait like 15-20 minutes and I am not even kidding!!
