My dumb self accidently made a mobile order to the Osborne location when I intended for South Pembina. Thankfully the staff there were quick to address my mistake and made a call to the other restaurant and sorted it out without me needing to purchase another order. This was despite them being caught in a rush. Lesson learned, but I appreciated their service. Always pleasant ordering here.
Absolutely amazing service at this Burger King! I was truly impressed by the staff’s professionalism and kindness. When I mentioned that the drink syrup didn’t taste right, they immediately changed it — no questions asked, just action and genuine courtesy. They even apologized with a smile. It’s rare to see such care and quick response in fast food. Huge respect to the team working today — you made my visit 10 times better. Keep it up!
