First of all. This is one of THE WORST EXPERIENCES I've ever had in a Drive thru. I went in the drive thru and waited 45 MINUTES to get TO THE ORDER window.. we could not even back out and leave because of the LONG LINE behind us. I asked for 2 whoppers(no tomatoes extra mayo extra pickles) and this is what I got.. the service didn't even apologize for the wait at all and had to repeat myself 4 times too. I also got food poisoning from it within 30 minutes of eating.

16 chicken nuggets and one Roadhouse crispy chicken burger
Food was stale when it arrived and I had to throw it away out of 16 nuggets only one pack of 8 nuggets was fresh that was still a bit old but still eatable
I have already got the refund thanks to Uber support but I just wanted to inform how bad was food, I had to throw away the food as the chicken patty was so stale as you can see in the picture its almost like plastic at this point, since I have worked in burger king in past I can surely tell that the chicken patty was sitting there for more than 5 to 6 hours which should be replaced within 1 hour also so much oil was dripping from the patty it was disgusting 🤢. Its a serious food safety issue Nuggets pack was so dried up that I had to throw that away too.

DISGUSTING! Watched an employee work the cash register, give a customer change and then proceed to open a customer's order and then the burger inside, with her bare hands, to check on the burger's condiments. She put the burger back together, wrapped it back up in the paper and put it in the bag for the customer to pick up. GROSS. Ended up walking out with anything.
If you dont want something on the burger, they will still put it in there. Im allergic to the topping you guys put on it and now I can't eat my food. Appreciate it!

The lady taking our orders at drive through at around 10:30ish am was great and doing her best. However, I think there should be other staff helping her. Just one personal doing the in person orders and drive through is absolutely too much work imo. I overheard other staff being fairly rude to her as well.
