The lady taking our orders at drive through at around 10:30ish am was great and doing her best. However, I think there should be other staff helping her. Just one personal doing the in person orders and drive through is absolutely too much work imo. I overheard other staff being fairly rude to her as well.

I went through the drive-thru last night intending to just get two Whoppers. The young lady at the window was so friendly and professional, I added fries, a drink, and apple pies. She handled a long line with ease, and the food was fresh and hot. I had considered leaving a review early on, but her outstanding service made it a must. excellent customer experience!

Says open 24 hours but they don’t turn on the external lights so it looks closed. Guessing they do this on purpose. If I was the owners I wouldn’t be happy.
Was the only person through at 7am and had to repeat my order 6 times. It was 4 sandwiches and hash browns 🤦‍♀️
I mentioned to the staff that none of the external lights were on and asked if they knew that because it looks like they were closed and they just smiled and said yes and did not care.

I ordered 2 JR whopper meals here on Friday Aug 15-2025. One meal for me and one for my grandmother. We both got sick from it. For me it started about an hour after eating it leaving the weekend a complete write off for me. My wife and I thought it was maybe a stomach flu as that is going around but after speaking to my grandmother over the weekend she felt the same. I called the location to inform them about what happened. The person on the other lines response wasn't even an i'm sorry that this happened. NOT MY PROBLEM. Not to impressed and will not be going back.

Haven't had a Whopper in a long time. The evening staff were particularly wonderful, when I bought at the drive-thru not knowing the dining room was open. Comfortable fast food dining, and a quality #3 burger meal with a drink. Would definitely return when the opportunity arises. Expectedly this burger is how I remembered it to be, absolutely great.
