I went to drive thru and they told me to pull around to the front. Waited 10 minutes for a cold burger and fries that were fried in rancid oil. Could not finish the fries, they just tasted like old fryer and rancid oil. No more visits to this location from me.

Food was good, I placed a takeout order. but the staff didn't know anything about the sponge bob menu. I'm glad I didn't order the cheesy coins which actually have bacon in them upon Googling. I think it would be beneficial for all staff to be trained on new menu items or at least have a brochure that they can give to customers with ingredients. I was told that they think it has only cheese. And even then neither of them had tried it nor sounded confident.
imagine if I had a dietary or religious restriction to eating bacon? (I don't but the point stands). Two separate staff members at the front counter did not know.

Here's the deal... Food is expensive.. You can't afford to take 10 minutes to make a whopper and have it made like a monkey wrapped it up. Mustard all over the place. Confused staff that you can't understand, and they simply don't want to make good food this was the last time I'll visit the sinking shop known as the Burger King in Windsor park south Dale.

Ordered a whopper at 4:40 pm...it was ready in about 2 minutes...very hot but very very dry. Whoppers used to be a bit messy to eat, this was dry and awful. Obviously it was already cooked then reheated. The bottom bun was squished so flat that it was awful, like as if I traveled for 15min with it packaged up, but I didn't, I DINED INSIDE. They give you your food in a bag even though you are eating inside. 2 ladies beside me brought their burgers back because the lettuce was fully brown/rotten. They brought their new burgers back under 2 min later to their table, in a bag! They said they were very hot but obviously not freshly cooked in that short time. The woman said she saw the guy pushing her fries into its sleeve package with bare hands, not the worst thing that could happen, cooks touch our food with their hands but...Restaurant only had one other customer eating inside.

It's a bit dated but the service is good,even when I had a small issue with my order they went above and beyond,more than they really needed to. I keep going back because the food is good,the staff is good and the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches kick arse!! 🤘🏼

Excellent dinner and service provided by the team at BK tonight. The team executed well. The man ahead of me in line was very irate about the wait time and caused a scene in the restaurant. The BK team handled it very well and no one else in the restaurant was upset about a short wait for food, understanding the busy nature of the dinner rush on a Whopper Wednesday. I hope the team is not discouraged by folks like that and that they continue to deliver hot delicious food.
