The night staff is worse. If there is 0 star I could have given that. But please teach them how to talk to customers and show them what does customers service means. The girl who wa handling the orders on drive through was very rude.This is the first time i have visited this burger king and I would never go there again and also tell my friend not to vist this store ever.

Lady who I spoke with on the phone was very rude, I ordered a strawberry lemonade which they were apparently out of, and instead of calling me to find a replacement, she gave me a strawberry milkshake and I am lactose. Will not be ordering here again.

As we sit here looking at the SPARROW by the window (inside the restaurant) I often wonder what his meal is, every day. Is it whopper leftovers, is it French fry crumbs from the floor corners? Is it onion rings? Listening to him chip and sing, lets you know he’s really there, and not in your imagination. Well, that and the fact that he left some dodo on the table near us. . . . . Ordered a Burger King whopper meal, friendly counter service, and all around very tasty. The French fries were sitting there, we should have asked for fresh. . . . Condiments supplied and a nice stop on our way out of town. Will we go back? Not until they catch and cook that BIRD that’s living inside the restaurant. This location was no better than the Regent one, when we called their head office to complain of the beggar attacking my wife as she entered the restaurant- and to them, THIS WAS OK! No calls back, & certainly no call from the restaurant itself. Another location = still another dud. We will eat at home. Where we don’t share our food with the live in BIRD. And since when dies Burger King serve McDonalds? Since today. Good deal. 2 girls just came in and sat down with their McDonalds meals. And neither bought anything. Nothing at all from Burger King. Interesting. We didn’t know taking in another restaurant’s food was an ok thing to do. This place is bizarre No need to go back - ever!

Had a delicious Sunday. Just seemed to be a depressing place. The workers were all talking among themselves and it took time for one to notice us standing there. Finally one came to take our order.
I came here with my friends and I am surprised that they didn’t kick us out because of how loud we were being. The workers are really chill and they are cool people. But unfortunately I can not betray McDonalds which is why food is a one star rating.

Waited ages for plant based whopper ...and fries, so expected fresh hot food......when it eventually turned up it was cold! .....and looked absolutely terrible.......Very strange - How someone can have earpods in his ears while making burgers without paying attention what he's making. I never see people working here wear gloves for preparing food which is thinkable twice when you eat.Girl serving on Friday has an attitude problem. Guy in front of me said his food was supposed to be "take out" not "dine in"....the girl replied "oh" and walked off. She needs customer service training.Tramp in the cubicle toilet with terrible odour.
