Had a great late-night experience at Burger King. The guy working the drive-thru around 1:10 a.m. on Jan 7 (wearing glasses) was amazing. He’s always friendly, has a great attitude, and gets the order right every time. Customer service like this really stands out, especially late at night. Kudos to that guy.

They put some kind of spice on the fries that totally ruined the flavor. has anyone noticed this? its a red spice they are adding to the fries. when i get fast food i want my fries with salt, That's it.

The man who took my order is unqualified. He did not understand simple terms. You will be asked to pull ahead and park even if no one is behind you. I find only regular whoppers enjoyable. The fries are dry and the onion rings are cheaply coated.

They take your burgers and throw them in the microwave to heat them then the lettuce and tomatoes and onions get hot and gross, great job.
Terrible food and when i asked for a drink they couldnt understand me. Awful workers

Server went over and above upon learning it was my partners birthday by providing him a hot fudge sundae to top off his meal. Food was as usual top notch for flame broiled goodness!!! Absolutely love my whoppers!!!
