Navreet gave EXCELLENT customer service, she greeted me with a positive tone, had a smile on her face and kindly conversed with me while I paid instead of just being serious and silent. She understood me (through the headset) and answered my questions quickly, she didn’t charge me for extra veggies on my Whopper Jr, when she couldn’t understand a question, she politely asked me to come up to the window (instead of a long annoying back on forth over the headset), when I mentioned that the ketchup packets are very messy (specially when I’m eating in a car), she offered to put ketchup in a side container for me!! I truly appreciate THIS kind of service. I hope the rest of the staff learn from her!!

After a long gap i gave a try to burgerking and guess what??Worst service I've ever received, and I'm not picky. I just expect not to be spoken to in such a frustrated manner and to have my bag thrown out the window without a word. this is complete disrespect
