I walk in thinking, “Alright, quick burger, easy, done” and chaos hits me like a ton of bricks. Line’s moving slower than a glacier, fries are cold, the soda fountain’s spraying everywhere like it’s trying to kill me, and the person at the counter? Forget about it they look like they just survived a tornado! I’m sweating, I’m pacing, I’m thinking, “Did I make a mistake coming here?!” And then… they hand me my Whopper. HOT, JUICY, PERFECT. Suddenly the world is right, the chaos doesn’t exist, the fries taste like heaven, and I’m sitting there like, “Yeah… okay… maybe Burger King isn’t trying to destroy me today.” That Whopper, man… it’s a miracle, a life-saving experience, a tiny piece of perfection in a very confusing fast food world.

Ordered a specialty whopper in drive through. Got home and realized it was a regular whopper. Went back and were told it was discontinued, but was given it anyways. They said they will remake it and add all the extra toppings, got home and they just remade a regular one again. This place never gets orders right. They also argued that I didn't get charged more for the specialty whopper, but I did, even though they gave me a regular one. Find a better location.

Came in there today, with only one person in the restaurant, and only me in line to order, and it took 3 minutes to get served, and I waited 10 minutes to receive my food. You'd think waiting that long my food would be hot, sadly my hash browns were cold and dry, my egg was cold, but the sausage and coffee were hot. Deplorable service.

The brisket burger is supposed to be available at all Winnipeg locations. It isnt.

It's the same situation as a couple of months ago. This time, I watched three cars drive through and get their order taken. When I pulled up to the order microphone, I got no response from anyone. I watched all three cars get their orders, and still no response. Waited about 3 to 4 minutes and ended up just leaving
Service was very slow and had to send order back to be fixed. Renovations are nice.

Worst Burger King I've ever eaten from. All the fried food tastes like pickles since they introduced the pickle flavored chicken nuggets. Change your damn oil. Tried them again months later. Counter attendant couldn't follow a simple order, gave me the wrong burgers. People want to know what's wrong with fast food, quit hiring people who don't speak English would be a good start. Charging us an arm and a leg for crap food and they can't even get it right. Only thing they got right about my order was it was a chicken burger. The oil tastes old and bitter and clearly needs to be changed yet again.
