Worst place to deliver, they don’t care about appointments. They made me wait 8 hours to deliver even I had appointment.

I have appointment at 4pm and they have dock available but didnt allow me back up and give that dock to others even i checked in at 3:40pm, now its been 4:33pm and no dock yet... i mean why you guys make appointments if you are not following that and wasting time for drivers.😤

It’s a big company but don’t even have washrooms to use for drivers coming in, except that dirty junk portable toilet.

Your packaging is very misleading. Why show grass and fields when most of your hens are confined to a cage? Nestlaid is not an accurate description of your eggs.

I do not support cages. Leading egg companies in other countries are moving away from cages. Why isn’t Burnbrae doing the same? This has led me to remove all egg products from my diet. It seems difficult at first because humans have become accustomed to eating eggs to such a high degree but I am finding easy alternatives. We don't need to eat eggs. That is the bottom line.

Difficult place to park in the door, tractor and trailer, very little space. Workers park cars as they want, so you have to be very careful.

Egg review:tried a few times from different stores and found the same problem. Not fresh and smell is off-putting.Cartons and best before dates were okay though.

Never buying again, bought 4 cartons back to back. Shells are brittle! Fall apart when cracking (yes, I've been a home cook for over 30 yrs). Yolks are to yellow, which tells me not grass fed. Eggs stick inside the carton (1-2) every time! Refuse to pay for such a disgrace. Rather drive and spend 2 bucks more from a farmer from now on. Lost my business burnbrae. Give you a -5 if I had the option

This is about the eggs themselves. I’ve had to throw our entire cartons. 5/12 eggs shouldn’t be spoiled. What’s with all the irregularities too? I don’t want blood in my boiled egg. My husband has been advised that if he buys this brand in the future it will go directly into the garbage. I’ve had too many bad experiences with the eggs from here yet NONE from any other brand.

Another Friday evening ruined, trying to have supper outside July 2023. Issues still not fixed. Releasing sulphuric smelling egg product vapour during family time .I would give zero stars but it won’t let me after talking with epa we believe that the process they use on the egg products creates a putrid smell in the area, my daughter and I have actually been sicken by it. Please fix the issue … originally posted a couple years ago. They don’t seem to care about the community.
