I absolutely LOVE this resto. Stumbled upon it by accident and it is truly a gem! The staff here are genuine and lovely. The food is phenomenal, beautifully presented and flavourful. I have recommended this place to numerous people already! We need this in Toronto!

OMG! What a fabulous experience! The Buvette Cafe is cute and cozy spot staffed by amazingly friendly people serving delicious brunch fare. I can barely contain myself about the Buvette Cafe. . My mother, who's got 90 years of experience under her belt said this morning's omelette was the best she'd had by a large margin. . You should do yourself a favour and go! . There are a couple of considerations: - Because it's quaint and cozy, getting a table might be a challenge when it's busy or if you have a large party. - There isn't a vestibule so seating near the door might be chilly in the winter. (Sorry, I'm just guessing what it might be like. This morning when we were there, there was an autumnal tinge to the weather, but not too cool.)

The food & staff here are amazing! I am new to Winnipeg and mentioned that to my server (whose name I can't remember right now-sorry!), and before I got my bill they came over with a list of restaurants, shops, parks, etc to check out that were recommended by the staff. They went through the list with me, providing more details about each place. It was the kindest gesture ever (I was fighting back tears).
The food here is also amazing! I have since gone back and recommended it to other friends and they have all enjoyed it as well! I'm a vegetarian and always have a few things to pick from =)
