So I just got out today of Café 22. service very slow. The guy didn’t even ask how the food was, and another note. The food on the menu have not same price as the food that we was given, we order the chicken bacon ranch in the menu is $10. We got charged 15, wine is grate and we there stuff we got, we had a good experience eating the food, but we cannot say the same thing about the service and being a bartender for 10 years. It was very sad to see that we didn’t even got ask if we wanted some water before we got anything I don’t know if the restaurants are changed over the years, but when I was working, the first thing I always bring to the table is a glass of water for my customers so they don’t chalk on their own drinks or food, we bought a $55 bottle of wine and the person who poured the wine didn’t even know how to do that and handle it very wrongly, I remember when I went to an interview on the same place and they told me I didn’t have enough experience so what is this person working in there Holding the bottle of wine by the neck , Do you guys still give any training? You might find this comment party or out of the spies, but it’s not because when I get higher in any restaurant the first thing that they teach me is how to handle bottles of wine and other things … So you shouldn’t charge $200 for Such a bad experience

Ordered a pizza from here and it never showed up after multiple calls asking where it was. They called two hours after we ordered and offered us the pizzas for 50% off but we had already found other food by then. Website was broken as well. 😩

They charged me a 5 dollar cutting fee for slicing a cake I didn't bring or even know about. Pre applied a tip. The food was delivered at all different times. The quality was awful, had pasta and they just used pizza toppings in it. Was not worth the price. My friend had a pizza and the sausage pieces were ice cold and uncooked. My meal with a drink should have been 25 dollars but came to 38 with all the additional fees. The service was the worst I have seen in awhile. This made the pre-applied tip upsetting as I would have never tipped for such awful service. They tired to charge me for a double when I had a single. I was not the only bill at the table messed up often in the restaurant's favor. Atmosphere was terrible, music was so loud you couldn't talk to the person next to you without yelling. I will not being going back, and honestly it has put me off their sister business pizza hotline.

The food was excellent, no complaints there, and the restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. However, the service left much to be desired. I went with a friend after an activity, so we were dressed pretty casually. From the moment we arrived, we felt uncomfortable due to the way some of the staff looked at us, it didn’t feel welcoming. While we were still eating (and had been there for less than 30 minutes), our server asked if we wanted a box in a tone that felt rushed and dismissive, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and it wasn’t close to closing time.
It’s a shame, because the food and atmosphere were genuinely great. But unfortunately, the service we received didn’t make us feel like valued guests
My friend group and us are regulars we’re here once a week if not more, usually the service is good but we had an awful experience this time. We get the same thing and know what it costs our bills came and the cost of the meal before tax was higher, although it was a small difference we just wanted to get clarification and ended up paying anyways even though her explanation didn’t make any sense and it felt as though we were being scammed, usually we’re familiar with our servers there due to the amount of times we go but it was not the case this time. We ended up paying of course even though we didn’t get any clarification on why the price was heightened, I didn’t leave a tip due to the waitresses defensiveness and rudeness when asking anything as soon as she saw my bill she started questioning why I didn’t leave a tip which was shocking enough but she continued telling me she will now have to pay for my food because I didn’t leave her a tip which is a waitress myself I know is not right, after going back and forth about why I didn’t leave a tip because of her terrible attitude which I shouldn’t have in the beginning she walked away got to the other end of the restaurant she yelled across the whole restaurant that she now needs to pay $10 out of pocket which is just embarrassing as a respectable person I don’t ever want to get involved in bickerings ove $10. Anyways needless to say won’t be coming back.

Very disappointed from the service ! I consider myself a regular at this restaurant and have always had a good time , today I have experience something I have never seen before. The server over charged me for a meal and not only did she argue but I paid anyway because it wasn’t the issue she continued to complain about her tip from us and yelled across the restaurant about it for everyone to hear !!! Very rude and disrespectful unfortunately will not be back after this treatment .

First ti.e trying Cafe 22 and it was a great spot on a Monday afternoon for an early dinner. Great size pizza portions and fresh salads. I had the cauliflower crust pizza with 10 toppings, it totally hit the spot. Friendly staff, clean.
