The taste is better than other pizza shops. Price is fair. Locations are convenient as there are many shops around the city.

It’s pizza. But this is the location you want to order from! I made a mistake. I neglected to update my delivery address on the app. I paid online in advance. The driver didn’t have to phone me when dropping off the pizza but he did. I apologized when I realized he was three kilometres away at the wrong address. His manager gave special permission to deliver to the correct address!!! So kind. So fast. Exactly as ordered toppings. Fresh. Clean. Friendly.

This review is for Dan from the Broadway location. They had messed up my order and when I pointed it out, Dan made me another one and told me to keep the original one as well. That's what I call good customer service. Thanks Dan!
My husband and I decided to get hotlines pizza, tropical chicken before making our way back to Edmonton by train. The pizza also had bacon bits on it. I ended up getting food poisoning and the whole night with my little one, ’m just puking my guts out. Then I asked a train lady about Gravel or anything they could offer. And she wondered what pizza place I went to. Then when I said hotlines, she said that makes sense. “They are poor at taking care of their food.” And so vices to say. I won’t be eating or looking at pizza for a really long time.
ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ!
The pizza tasted fine, but gave us terrible food poisoning on the train ride home to Alberta.
The owner obviously can respond and say sorry for the terrible experience or inconvenience... But with so many pizza options in that area, steer clear!
Don't risk their cross contamination, spoiled ingredients and lack of hygiene.
We had a 7 month old baby that took a bite of pizza with us and if he had gotten sick, THIS WOULD HAVE ESCALATED FURTHER!
Health inspector needs to be called.

One of the cheapest pizza in Winnipeg so don't expect expensive ingredients but if you happen to be hungry late at night and in the mood for a basic pizza, that may do the trick. The place was very clean too...

Tasty food , i just recommend turning the tv screen on for better customer service experience & making cutlery and ketchup available for customers when needed
The 'Owner' always seems to be concerned about negative reviews, but Pizza Hotline, keeps getting them. Keep up, the bad work! 😀😀😀
I have been ordering delivery from here 20 years. Just after christmas we moved to north end. We ordered pizza as usual np because same phone number
A month latter we tryed to order and they said there was some problem lastime we ordered after christmas. They wouldnt be able to fill order.
After inveztigating it turned out my new address was flagged because of the old tenant.
Over the years i only had problems 2x and as with this one they were resolved
