It's a good place to hang out with friends. The food is not their strong point, the wings were burned, salty and super dry. The pizza is ok, I love the cheese sticks. Don't even bother ordering the nachos, a bunch of dry tortilla chips covered by cold cheese and some jalapenos. Servers are pushy.

Ordered and paid for ranch. Store did not include ranch. I phoned and got delivered and ranch was half filled up. Very poor experience with this pizza hotline. I also had asked to speak with supervisor and am still waiting two days later. Pizza Hotline needs to do better with customer service.

Nice pizza plus place near my mom's work/home. Visiting Winnipeg and each time I come here, the staff is super friendly and the food is tasty and really great prices. Happy they have the restaurant set up again and business is good for them.

Don't try to order online. It's a joke. Their site won't work and it will make you order twice and they WONT waive the fee for delivery which will cost an extra $5.

You have the most disgusting employees, I can't order pizza properly 8 times already, I have to go to you for 15 minutes, I want to come pay and pick up the order, and when placing an order by phone, I can't make an order because of strange questions from employees, I can't waste my time and standing in the middle, shouting to be heard and accepted the order, on average 8-10 minutes I have to shout for someone to come up and take the order, the pizza is delicious, but the staff is one of the worst I've met! I work in the field of gastronomy myself, and just standing by the phone at the sight of customers is not very pleasant, to say the least, not to mention the fact that the customer tears his throat just to make an order!

No wonder these reviews are about people who are getting sick . I already contacted health and safety . No need to reply and ask me to email you guys to “ investigate further “ or that “ you guys take these matters seriously. “
