Visited for the first time for an anniversary dinner with my hubby. The service was excellent. From the service for side dishes and drink and the servers bringing the different meat, everyone was friendly and professional. For sides we tried the Brazilian Salad, Caesar Salad, fries and the Special Watermelon salad all of which were good. We found the chicken a bit under seasoned and all the other meat was a bit too salty. Some of the cuts were over done so we asked for more rare and they had no problem accommodating us. Our favourite was the Ribeye. It was difficult to find street parking anywhere near the restaurant so we ended up paying at a close parking lot.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
The young Punk Waiter was Rude!
Service you repeatedly asking for anything (Short term memory).
Loud and noisy, who brings young kids to a supposed fine dining (Or is It).
Ordering a bunch of Side dishes just Clutters up the table so your always maneuvering everything on the table!
The Meat is ALL OVERCOOKED TO THE POINT OF BURNT! If you don't know how to Cook Lamb, you SHOULDN'T be Cooking Meat!! ( Time to Retire Old man).
Carving Waiter doesn't know how to cut against the Grain!! All the meat is LOW Grade and Tough!! Some Meats never make it to your table (Ribeye, Chicken!?, Ribs...)
A Brazilian Experience is Not what your going to get Here!!!
OVER Priced and Over Cooked!!!
Horrible and Embarrassing Taking Overseas Guests to and Utterly ridiculous environment!!!

The variety is limited (we went in for lunch, dinner options are more and looked more appealing) The quality was acceptable and the staff were friendly.

Service was ok. The BBQ meats were hot and fresh. The old guy who watches the BBQ has worked there for a while now and he watches his bbq like a hawk!

Took my kids out to celebrate I graduation and a birthday. Everybody really enjoyed the food and the experience. Just if you're going to do the all you can eat, everybody has to agree to it or you can't. A lot of fun

Everything was unbearably salty felt like they dumped a whole bucket of salt into the food. Totally ruined the meal. Won’t be coming back

My husband decided to surprise me and took me to this restaurant. The first thing that caught my eye was that there were large glasses of water on the table, and a carafe of water. The meat was carried on skewers by men, it was very nice to watch them walk and cut the meat. The meat itself is different, cooked differently, and so on. This pleasure costs $70 per person, plus you pay extra for drinks and other things. You can only sit there for two hours. I only liked two types of meat, and chicken in bacon, but there were many types. And here's the amazing thing, I really like to salt my food at home, but here ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING was terribly salty, all the meat was salted, it was as if a packet of salt had been poured into the plate with fries🥴 And here's the answer to why there's so much water there, after each piece of meat you drink water, after a huge glass of water and a huge amount of salt you can't eat anymore, I could barely eat two small pieces of meat cut into centimeters, I couldn't eat the rest, keep in mind that you can't take it with you, which is absolutely not worth $70+. I don't recommend this place, it's not worth the money!

Overall I was disappointed in the meat. Tough cuts and flavourless. Sauces didn’t come out until half way through. Sides, drinks and desserts were delicious. Quite overpriced!

Yes, if you have a big group and want to spend some money, this is an amazing place for a great meal. Lots of fun and they even have a gluten free (Penne pasta) option. I opted a for the vegetarian meal rather full carnivore and filled up too early on the fantastic pasta. Next time I will spend the $ and choose salmon and nibble the fantastic pasta.

As someone who knows a great deal about bbq and how to prepare beef properly all i can say is if you think the meat at carnival is good bbq then you've never had good bbq. Everything was way over salted and way overcooked. Service was so so especially for being not even close to full at the time.

We visited Carnaval Brazilian BBQ for lunch, and while the experience had its highlights, it ultimately wasn’t for me.
The biggest issue for me was how salty the meat was—it was probably the saltiest I’ve ever had. The cuts are thick and quite heavy, which made me feel full very quickly, after only trying two or three options. Unfortunately, that meant I didn’t have much interest in sampling the rest, even though it’s an all-you-can-eat style.
The variety during lunch was more limited compared to what I expected, but I think the $40 price tag is fair for what’s offered. Still, because of the saltiness and how heavy the meats felt, I personally wouldn’t return.
That said, I want to give a huge shoutout to our server—she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and really made the experience feel more pleasant overall.
If you do plan to visit and find the meats too salty like I did, I’d highly recommend their tomato salad. It’s light, refreshing, and balances out the saltiness quite well. The chicken drumstick was also less salty than the others, though of course, when you’re at a Brazilian BBQ, you’re probably hoping for steak—not chicken.
In short: not for my taste, but the service was excellent and the ambiance was warm.
