I tried their special the holiday turkey it was one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever had i definitely would recommend trying it. The staff were very helpful and polite they pointed me in the direction of the holiday turkey and they made my sandwich in a very timely manner even though they seemed quite busy. I will for sure be back soon! I cant wait to try some more sandwiches from their menu.

Me and my mom love sharing a Chachi’s sandwich at Polo Park when we go to the mall, we always enjoy seeing what new and creative sandwich’s they have and trying them out. My mom has a severe allergy to eggs and cannot have the mayo’s or aioli’s on the sandwich’s. Every time we come here my mom says what she can’t have on the sandwich and that it is an allergy. The staff always make sure that the message is passed on to whoever helps with the sandwich, and ensures that any possibilities of cross-contamination are not looked over. Thank you Chachi’s staff for making sure my mom can have an easy and enjoyable meal out.

Amazing sandwiches. We tried Chiabata Club sanwich and Chiabata with berries and cheese, bith sandwiches were amazingly great. We will never go to Subway again after we taste those awesome Chiabatas.

I’ve always been a fan of chachis. It was a no brainer to come here for a fuel stop while shopping in the city. My partner and I split the club sandwich and Mac and cheese. The sandwich was incredible and did not disappoint. Great flavours and a fresh ciabatta. The spicy mayo is an excellent addition as well. Half the sandwich was extremely filling for both of us.
The Mac and cheese left a bit to be desired. I don’t know if we just werent in the mood or they changed their recipe but something seemed to be missing.
The busy aspect of the mall and difficult finding a spot to eat isn’t pleasant and I prefer the outlet mall chachis better as it’s typically less busy.
Staff was super friendly though and I still loved eating here as always.

A lot of the time my fiance and i will get food from somewhere else in the food court and get the iced tea here as a drink.
Regardless chachis has some good food and drink and i definitely recommend. If its your first time, try the cran and brie. You won't regret it.

Very fresh sandwich, I like the Cran & Brie Turkey Sandwich. Arugula greens are crisp and fresh every time we have visited. Lots of flavour and good bread.
Vegetarian options: The Veg Sandwich is also very good option with fresh toppings.
