I have tried a few of their sandwiches now and they're all reallt good. My favourite has to be the cran and brie, but also their cherry iced tea is amazing.
A lot of the time my fiance and i will get food from somewhere else in the food court and get the iced tea here as a drink.
Regardless chachis has some good food and drink and i definitely recommend. If its your first time, try the cran and brie. You won't regret it.

Very fresh sandwich, I like the Cran & Brie Turkey Sandwich. Arugula greens are crisp and fresh every time we have visited. Lots of flavour and good bread.
Vegetarian options: The Veg Sandwich is also very good option with fresh toppings.

Really fresh and tasty variety of sandwiches at Polo Park location, wish they kept last month’s promotion sandwich with apricot as a regular menu item, place is clean and friendly, great staff and management, well worth the money, highly recommend
My bf and I tried this place for the first time last week and it was delicious ? a little pricey but worth it. I ordered the spicy Italian and everything down to the bread was delicious. They let us sample the 2 drinks they had which we were able to have mixed together. The sandwich sides were pretty good. We ordered the big pickle and a side of Mac and cheese. All very delicious, quick service and friendly staff. Will be back again.

This place is way overpriced for what you get. For $20 you get a small bun with thin slices of meat, lettuce and cheese. If you want a drink it's extra money plus tax. This place is a huge ripoff. Save your money and go to Subway where you will get a lot more value for your money.

All sandwiches are excellent, one with ham and apricot is my favourite, Mac n’cheese with bacon is delicious, everything is always fresh, staff and owner are very friendly, highly recommend
I’m not a fan of eating at a mall but if I do then Chachi’s will be in my top two of where to eat. I had the Brie and cranberry sandwich and it was truly AMAZING!!! Gluten free bread was super yummy ? Great job, I’ll be back for sure.

Older white guy that works here should be embarrassed about how he treats the other staff. Extremely aggressive and unkind. Customers were very uncomfortable. This was my first time at Chachi’s and I do not feel comfortable coming back if this is acceptable behaviour for the company.

Older man with glasses (not sure if he was the manager) was incredibly rude to his staff, to the point of them being visibly upset. His behaviour was completely unacceptable and embarrassing. This was my first time going here, and I certainly will not be back.

You got to eat here.Underestimated the type and quality of food and have been avoiding it until today. Had the Chicken bacon ranch and the flavours were just right. Bread wasn't hard after being toast or soggy from the sauce or the tomatoes, the dill sauce that was in the sandwich wasn't over powering either and made the overall experience enjoyable. Would eat again
