Nobody got back to me about a complaint where I had a hair in my sandwich. This is pitiful.
Not the best staff. Food and safety is an issue and should be addressed. I watched three of the staff members touch other things besides food including their hats, scratching their heads, as well as rubbing their hands on their clothes. And then return to making a sandwich or other food. Very very slow service. I had a build my own sandwich and some macaroni, at Polo Park, today. The bun was good, although a few options other than ciabatta would have been nice. limp, shredded lettuce - why do restaurants insist on shredding their lettuce!? It is just a big mess as it falls out of the bun while you try to eat. I didn't taste any cheese and they forgot the sauce.
