Closes at 8:45pm because they have leave at 9:00pm because Satif doesn’t get paid after 9:00pm. I wanted a drink at and chips at 8:50pm. It says here you close at 9:00pm, I will be complaining to the outlet collection mall as well.

Ordered chicken banh mi with extra cilantro. The lady asked me twice and seemed confused. I repeated what I said, extra cilantro. And when I got my food there was no cilantro. ? Cilantro is my favorite thats why I ordered your banh mi lol.

We waited 10 minutes for a guy in the back to come take our order while he purposely ignored us. He then approached us like we were an inconvenience sighing and rolling his eyes. This was not the only unprofessional thing as he was also wearing air pods and talking on the phone while rudely asking us for our order. He was a real punk and threw together our food. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone!!!!!

The smoked meat sandwich was super tasty.
The service was lack luster at best . I dont expect most people to be happy and smiling all the time, but you work in the service industry. This was my first experience, didnt know if there was a meal option or whats a side. When asked he just pointed at some chips and cans of pop.. i work in the mall so i probably won't eat here again on my lunch break.

I literally HATE leaving a bad review however I feel like I was ripped off..and don't get the hype.
Had the chicken clubbin . First bite and it was super salty. Ruined the rest of it...each bite just got worse and worse. Chipotle mayo was missing the kick.
Nothing special here save your 15$ and go to subway.

Waited close to 5 minutes for someone to come out front to take my order. Meat was very bland, no sauce. Paid for a cheese toast but got more toast than cheese. If I wasn't so hungry at the time I wouldn't have finished it. One and done.

I really don't like writing negative reviews, but this was just...not good. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and the bread was the only good thing about it. The chicken was bland and had a weird texture, I had to search for the bacon, and there were a couple sad bits of lettuce. The ranch sauce was ok, but not enough to make me want to finish the sandwich.Way overpriced for what it is, I'd understand the prices if the ingredients actually tasted like they were good quality, but other than the bread that wasn't the impression I got at all.

We visited a few times and tried different sandwiches. We were satisfied with the service. The staff were polite and precise. The prices were a little high, it being in the food court. Our favourites were Cran & Brie roast turkey and the Spicy Italian sandwich had some good heat in it. We thought the meat in Hot Philly was too chewy. Clubbin’ was good the first time we had it but the second second time we ordered it, it seemed to have too much lettuce. We also tried Mac carbonara W/ bacon and parm.

I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich and was given a Cajun ceaser salad. I was too busy to wait for them to correct it. Overall the salad was just okay and the chicken was slightly soggy. My wife ordered a cranberry brie. Instead of a cranberry chutney it was basically a few squished cranberries. The sandwich was just okay. Very poor value overall. I would hesitate to recommend. It could have been a one time fail.

1st time , and I wasn't happy with the experience. Waited for 13 minutes, then served w/ incomplete ingredients, the server kept tossing stuff in the garbage as if playing basketball so untidy, unorganized, the carrots were not even pickled, they still have to grab them from the other side of the counter. When I said there was no cilantro she started sorting out the leaves that were almost yellow, I said never-ending, not even an appology. No kleenex even handed the counter was was dirty.

I bought a club sandwich today which was mostly sauce and lettuce. It had only one thin slice of dry turkey and had to search to find a small piece of bacon. Bun was ok. Very expensive for what I bought!
