We visited a few times and tried different sandwiches. We were satisfied with the service. The staff were polite and precise. The prices were a little high, it being in the food court. We were shopping at Polo Park and decided to try Chachi's. I had a coupon for buy one get one free sandwich so my Mom and I tried the Cran &Brie sandwich. One sandwich is $13.50. If you want a GF bun it was $2. plus tax extra. The sandwich was big and it was very good but I don't think it was worth $13.50 plus tax if I didn't have a coupon. With the coupon it was worth it. I am not a sandwich person so maybe others would think $13.50 for a sandwich is worth...

The service was lack luster at best . I dont expect most people to be happy and smiling all the time, but you work in the service industry. This was my first experience, didnt know if there was a meal option or whats a side. When asked he just pointed at some chips and cans of pop.. i work in the mall so i probably won't eat here again on my lunch break.
