I have ordered ice cream from here before on Uber eats , it was all good . I ordered one from them yesterday and it’s freezer burnt , please check on your ice cream before you sell it out . It even shows from the outside of the jar that its freezer burnt. You don’t even have to open it to know, thank you.

Love their vegan choices, love that I can return an empty jar for a dollar off, the service is always friendly and since I pop in and out, I don’t stay long enough to fully absorb the atmosphere, but in a place that serves food, I’ve never seen a mess or subpar hygiene. Always clean.

I was introduced to chaeban by coworkers, so I decided to take my 12 year old out there.I found that they are a family-friendly location, great for people of all ages.They have tons of different ice cream flavors and a very welcoming staff.Once my daughter and I decided what we wanted, they took our our order and then brought it out to our table.There are games(cards, Jenga, sorry, etc) around the shoppe in easy to access areas without being in the way. We had a great time, would highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and gluten-free options are available.Kid-friendliness: Welcoming to kids of all ages.
Fantastic ice cream, really worth going there to try it. Salty Carl and Donnie Darko is so good. Service is friendly, and the atmosphere (literally) was humid. The live plants are brilliant and a comfortable addition. A very clean and well-kept place. A must visit for ice cream lovers any time of year.

The ice creams are delicious, in relation to price quality, it is good. The only problem is that there is no parking.
I went to Chaeban ice cream and went absolutely bananas when mucking the Donnie darcocoa flavour! The employee Eric went above and beyond the call of duty, and I’ve never experienced service quite like that in my life! Walked out of there with a smile on my face and some delicious ice cream in my tummy ?????

I have allergies and I was excited to see ingredients of products posted on the website so for that, a star. My husband and I tried a bit of two flavours in a bowl and they were both horribly freezer burnt (crunchy and icy) and way way wayyyy too sweet. My husband has a sweet tooth and this ice cream made his stomach hurt. I found it so sweet that I couldn't stop coughing when I finished mine! Never had such sugary ice cream in all our lives.
