I've been here 3 times over past several years and it's always been really good. Fresh food and a good variety of choices for dinner and breakfast, the service has always been lovely, and it's always a nice calm quiet place but can get busier during peak hours.

What a lovely place and cool, different experience. A large plate is brought out filled with different foods & placed in the centre of the table, then each person helps themselves to their own serving. It finished with a couple desserts. Atmosphere very nice, warm, antiquey, & spacious with at least 2 different dining areas & a patio outside. Apparently, the food selection changes almost daily. Server was very nice and attentive, he aimed to please! Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience here dining with a friend and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Our server Rachena provided excellent service and promptly made us delicious beverages. The menu items were explained thoroughly and were all super delicious and packed full of flavour! We had some great leftovers too which was a bonus. I wanted to say many thanks for the lovely experience. Hope to be back soon!

please avoid! I do not write reviews ever but this was the worst dining experience I ever had. I understand a restaurant can be busy but we sat waiting at a table I made reservations for weeks prior for 40 minutes. Not rounded, but actually 40 minutes as I said if it got to 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff whatsoever I would leave and I even gave it 10 more minutes. I don’t know about the menu or drink menu or even the water because we sat seated not served and not even a hello from a waiter or staff member for 40 minutes then left as I would rather spend my money elsewhere and not give into service that poor.
The reply by the owner claims I was compensated… a blatant lie… I never ate there never received drinks not even water for 40 minutes. Never said a word to anyone once I was at the table.

Went for my mom’s birthday, was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. They should demolish this place and the owners should never work in the food industry ever again. We waited for 30 minutes just for a waitress to come up and she didn’t even take our order, she instead talked about their new subscription service. Finally after an hour we got our drinks and we got “salad” for the table (10 people). The salad was 5 leafs of lettuce not even chopped up. The food they served for the group of 10 was barely enough to feed one person. After 2 hours and everyone starving we ended up leaving before the rest of the food could come and went to the forks to have pizza instead.
I have never written a review before but this place deserves the worst rating and to never be open again.

I’ve been here about 20 times in last 10 years. Food has been consistently great, and the value is insane, and has been even before “shrinkflation”. The family style concept is a great experience and appeals to the masses. Given the buildings location and the food/service, I call this a Winnipeg staple.
Wonderful family Sunday Brunch for 24 people. Lots of food, excellent service. Even made up some simpler food for the kids! Would definitely come back!

The service by Andree and the food and everything was soo good, I would definitely recommend this place for having a nice night ambient, I will bring more people here, after being on lots of restaurants this is the third time that I'm here and every time I had the same awesome experience.

Waited 5 minutes at the entrance before being greeted and told which area was the lounge area. Sat down and waited 15 minutes more, with a single person checking on us. There was only one other couple in the lounge, and I'm not sure how many customers were in the other dining area, but that is unacceptable service. The person who directed us to the lounge had an arrogant attitude about him as well. It felt like he was looking down on us, as he directed us to the lounge. Will never step foot in this place again.

This isn't family style this is get it out of the way trough style plating for brunch It literally affects the quality of the food Everything on one plate on the table? Ingredients get greasy ,lose texture or simply off-putting If grease salad and vinegar bacon are not your thing..avoid the all you can eat option here Service was fantastic but not sure id return with options like Promenade Bistro (far better quality at this price point) is only five minutes away Not the way we wanted to remember my father in law's 80th birthday. My fiance walked out with her heart broken and saddened she had to share that experience on her Dad's birthday We all walked away bewildered and a tad disgusted. If you despise doing this owners,,just don't do it anymore Shame as just a few months ago this option was fantastic Unfortunately we won't be back.
