We celebrated our son’s birthday here and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff were so kind and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
The food was amazing—every single dish was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy, lively, and just right for a celebration. What really stood out though was the genuine care and attention we received. It turned what could have been just a party into such a memorable family moment.

Dinner buffet, all dishes tasted meh. Rice and Nan tasted better than their curry dishes. Veggies(lettuce, cucumber and so on) were soaked and lettuce was dark. Not fresh at all. No one asked how the taste of food was. Maybe they knew their food taste not good.
Don’t want to go back for buffet.

Food was fair. Buffet is a hit and miss But the best service I have had in years. Super kind and loving people. I had a cold samosa and they went and replenished the buffet and made sure to invite me for another one. I dont post or comment, but I really wanted to express my appreciation on job well done

Pretty OK but shocked at how prices have gone up since pandemic. Tipping options should not be on the POS terminal, as it was a self-serve lunch buffet, minimal to nil service except when paying for the meal.

I would go with co workers on paydays for lunch all the time. Great value for delicious food. So many excellent options provided you always walked out full. Because of Covid there were no more buffets but Charisma is back with a lunch buffet now.. It’s half way across the city from me but planning on meeting with friends there very soon. Charisma is great.

Very loud & constant events here, and it was very expensive for only 10 different dishes and 1 dessert. I reccomend East India Company, way more dishes to pick from, they taste better and are only about $5 more than this place. Plus they won't charge you for uneaten leftovers.

Used to love this biryani. I even rated 5 stars from previous reviews. But my last two orders I noticed that the goat biryani meat was way too tough. Not as tender as it used to be. I am disappointed as this is two consecutive orders in two weeks. I would understand if this is a one of, but twice? I wonder why this happened? Not satisfied with the food today .
