This Pembina location has very slow service, I had been there multiple times and I stopped going there since one time I had to wait for over half hour for couple drinks and the sever didn’t even let me know what is going on. The outlet one is even worst. The guy there just making his drinks and not even say hi or apologize to us while we waited for him for over 5 mins. The guy there basically no greeting or no communication with us waiting in store while he made his drinks!...read full review
I've had bubble tea in many places in Winnipeg, and the staff and product are the best here.
We bought Tarro milk teas today absolutely yucky ...tasted like curdled milk. This never happened before. On pointing this out the person on the counter kept on insisting that they are meant to be like that.....now feeling sick after drinking only a little out of them. Perhaps their machine was not working because they were shaking and mixing them manually. The staff is stubborn and unaccommodating.
