Love Chatime Boba! My go to Boba tea store. Everything is awesome. They have recently changed the brown sugar boba milk tea and I don’t like it near as much as its predecessor but still the best!

Chatime never disappoints! The drinks are always tasty and refreshing, and the prices are really reasonable compared to other bubble tea places. The staff are friendly and quick too, definitely my go-to spot for bbt!!!

Unfortunately, the banana milk tea I got hardly had any banana flavour at all and tasted very watered down. It basically had no banana flavour at all.
Service was also quite slow.

WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! Brown sugar oreo is my Go To drink but the taste is way different from Polo Park location. Ordered the first time in Mcphillips location, they forgot to put the brown sugar in ‘Brown Sugar Oreo’ then I went again today to give it another chance but this is how much brown sugar they put . Like you can barely see or taste the brown sugar in it . Not sure if this is how little its supposed to be or the male employee is just stingy. Ps. I haven’t even mixed it yet .
I have been a few times over the past month and tried to ignore the sewer smell because I thought perhaps it was just a temporary issue. But today not only was the smell in there absolutely terrible, my drink was extremely watery and only had about a tablespoon of boba in a large size. Very disappointing. I don’t think I will be returning

Tapioca were hard (at least day or 2 old) I had to return my pearl milk tea because the tapioca were from yesterday or 2 days ago, she said it was her fault but didn't seem to want to make new tapioca. She said the refund will go back on the card automatically but I have doubts that it actually will
