This place has done a 180 and is now under new management/owner and is so much more welcoming especially when you meet the new owner Vivian. I had the time to speak with Vivian and I can say she is dedicated to making this place more homey and a place you can recommend to family and friends. Have gotten peach green tea with strawberry popping pearls a few times and It’s become my new addiction haha. Always the same gentleman serving and he’s always so sweet and friendly. 10/10 would recommend

If you are closed 15 minutes before you are supposed to. Turn off your open sign so people dont waste their time coming to the restaurant. August 19 server refused to serve while they still had their open sign on and 15 minutes to close. I hope owner of this place reads it and might change how thing are getting done.

I bought a bubble tea from the to good to go I know it’s like surprise bag ,but when the guy serve us name is Jerry ,he was not nice and able to greeted us he gave us a terrible taste less milk tea and, when I came back we ask do for difference flavours he said we can’t do that it’s not our policy I’m not going back this branch
When we bought this fist time in to good to go there was lady serve us very good and ask for which flavour we want , but this guy was really not nice I’m not happy with a service when I ask his boss he said he can’t tell ?

The moment you open the door you will smell something unpleasant. This place is dirty. Tables are filled with left over paper straw coverings and on the floor. If you move closer to the counter you can see water puddles everywhere. If it was not embarassing to go out and not order I would go out. Ordered 2 matcha milk teas. Nothing special. But will not go back because the place is not clean.

Went in today wanted to order some drink but the moment I open the door, the place stink and very dirty. There is only one guy working there and the place look abandoned. I can't stand the smell of that dirty place and can't risk buying anything from there.

Taro smoothie is great, service is great, the guy working today was very friendly and personable, atmosphere is great!! The tables each have flowers so it’s very cute for a bubble tea date :) thank you chatime ❤️

Bought 4Drinks matcha,strawberry, coconut brownsugar today they all taste like wanting us to have diabetes, and called them to complain his pretending he doesn't know how to talk english..all he saying ha, what?He should fired him so rude on tha phone ?Dont recomended.......

I came by today so I could get a drink before checking out the new Unique Bunny store next door.When I arrived, I could tell it was a bit busy but nonetheless I still went up to order. There was only one guy working and he told me there was a 20 minute wait. So I asked if I could order, pay, and come back in 20 minutes since I was just going next door. He told me no. I asked why, and I was told “I have 16 orders to do.” OK??? ? What difference does it make if I wait 20 minutes sitting in your fart-smelling store and me going to Unique Bunny and coming back in 20 minutes? I said nevermind and left.

It smelled so incredibly bad in there. And I returned my matcha red bean drink because it was like drinking powder. They didn’t want to refund me at first but after I pushed for it they eventually did.
