WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN! Brown sugar oreo is my Go To drink but the taste is way different from Polo Park location. Ordered the first time in Mcphillips location, they forgot to put the brown sugar in ‘Brown Sugar Oreo’ then I went again today to give it another chance but this is how much brown sugar they put . Like you can barely see or taste the brown sugar in it . Not sure if this is how little its supposed to be or the male employee is just stingy. Ps. I haven’t even mixed it yet .

I have been a few times over the past month and tried to ignore the sewer smell because I thought perhaps it was just a temporary issue. But today not only was the smell in there absolutely terrible, my drink was extremely watery and only had about a tablespoon of boba in a large size. Very disappointing. I don’t think I will be returning

Tapioca were hard (at least day or 2 old) I had to return my pearl milk tea because the tapioca were from yesterday or 2 days ago, she said it was her fault but didn't seem to want to make new tapioca. She said the refund will go back on the card automatically but I have doubts that it actually will

This place has done a 180 and is now under new management/owner and is so much more welcoming especially when you meet the new owner Vivian. I had the time to speak with Vivian and I can say she is dedicated to making this place more homey and a place you can recommend to family and friends. Thank you Vivian for the great experience and making mcphillips Chatime great again ?.

Have gotten peach green tea with strawberry popping pearls a few times and It’s become my new addiction haha. Always the same gentleman serving and he’s always so sweet and friendly. 10/10 would recommend

If you are closed 15 minutes before you are supposed to. Turn off your open sign so people dont waste their time coming to the restaurant. August 19 server refused to serve while they still had their open sign on and 15 minutes to close. I hope owner of this place reads it and might change how thing are getting done.

I bought a bubble tea from the to good to go I know it’s like surprise bag ,but when the guy serve us name is Jerry ,he was not nice and able to greeted us he gave us a terrible taste less milk tea and, when I came back we ask do for difference flavours he said we can’t do that it’s not our policy I’m not going back this branch
When we bought this fist time in to good to go there was lady serve us very good and ask for which flavour we want , but this guy was really not nice I’m not happy with a service when I ask his boss he said he can’t tell ?
