This place has done a 180 and is now under new management/owner and is so much more welcoming especially when you meet the new owner Vivian. I had the time to speak with Vivian and I can say she is dedicated to making this place more homey and a place you can recommend to family and friends. Have gotten peach green tea with strawberry popping pearls a few times and It’s become my new addiction haha. Always the same gentleman serving and he’s always so sweet and friendly. 10/10 would recommend
Love bubble tea and Chatime is always my go to. I don’t come to the McPhilipps location often as I’m not on that end of the city…but I appreciate the consistency between the different locations.
