Im not sure what happened here... chatime (pembina) used to be the goto for basic milk tea in the neighborhood for my sister and I. However, the last 3 experiences have been sub-par to terrible. We've had everything go wrong; hard, clearly refrigerated, pearls, drinks that were flavorless besides the milk, and just yesterday.... a somehow sour milk tea.
Needless to say, there are many options in the area and we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Chatime on Pembina is my favourite Bubble Tea place. I LOVE their Mango QQ! I have taken friends and family there. My cousin had bubble tea for the first time this weekend. The employee happily and patiently answered all of her questions and made recommendations. She loved the Peach Green Tea with coconut jelly that he recommended. I will be trying that one next!
