Probably one of the worst Chatimes I have ever been to. Flavor for drinks was bland... ordered a hot cha time bbt but it was luke warm... board games were all old and broken. The sign for the store was very hard to see at night.

I live their Chocolate milk tea. And their best one so far is Chocolate Moussee , its so rich and velvety , dont forget to add coconut jelly

Im not sure what happened here... chatime (pembina) used to be the goto for basic milk tea in the neighborhood for my sister and I. However, the last 3 experiences have been sub-par to terrible. We've had everything go wrong; hard, clearly refrigerated, pearls, drinks that were flavorless besides the milk, and just yesterday.... a somehow sour milk tea.
Needless to say, there are many options in the area and we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
