Yesterday at The Forks Festival, we bought two servings of halo-halo. Out of five family members, three of us tried it—and unfortunately, all three experienced stomachaches and diarrhea shortly afterward. The two who didn’t eat any were completely fine. We were really disappointed by the food quality and hope the vendors take food safety more seriously.

The workers are very friendly and patient if you need time figuring out what you’ll order, the decor is absolutely stunning and the food is delicious!

Don’t open a business if you can’t handle running it and refuse to answer your phone or even open the restaurant on time. You’re lucky the food is really good but there’s only so much your customers can tolerate. It’s ridiculous that we have to try and call you to see if anyone is actually there during your open hours because you guys are unpredictable. Also get a new phone because when you DO answer, you’re always muffled and quiet. The next thing you need to do is update all of your social media platforms. How are we supposed to know that you guys are now suddenly closed on wednesdays? And whatever happened to the box deal for $25? Will that deal be available on a new day now? Make up your minds and stick with it because you have loyal customers that are getting extremely upset.

First time customer. The cashier/server was very helpful with the menu. I ordered the original with cheese and meat. Very tasty and I ordered the curly fries with sour cream and onion, also very tasty. Waited about 20 minutes as it's made fresh. I would suggest to call ahead if your in a rush. I would like to see wet napkins given as the food is very messy to eat.
The public washroom was out of order!

Food is delicious and unique. The place is dead whenever I’ve visited. Wait times are 15-30min depending on how many corn dogs you order though they are made fresh to order. Some of the decor and interior is in need of repair

Food is great. Their hours of operation really suck, especially when I'm coming from the other side of the city.

my friend introduced me to this place and it blew my mind at how delicious their food is… but my big issue here is that the owner likes to take their sweet time and be late to opening the restaurant so every single time we show up after a long drive hoping for a corn dog, no one’s there when the business hours stated online claim otherwise. i recently called to complain and the nice lady i spoke to on the phone took my side and even said the owner needs to do better. despicable because i just want to eat my corn
dog!

I have been supporting this place since they have opened. They have amazing food. I drive 40 minutes to support this business. Yet the past 5/6 times I have tried to go, they have not been open despite the hours stating they’re open. This is a terrible business practice. UPDATE your store hours.

The food was great, but the service was awful. The man working there was rude, and disrespectful. I went to the bathroom when waiting for food, and immediately left. GROSS BATHROOMS. I ordered the original dog, with mozzarella filing. Good, but greasy. Not a great place for food but it’s okay.

January 5th, 2025. Family and I were so excited to come finally as we had Cheezy Tales in the summer at the Tyndal Market Festival.
No heat, we couldn't stay cause there was no heat in facility.
No fries or halo halo were in stock. Waited 20 minutes for a corn dog that was mid. They opted to give us curly tales instead of fries. Overly salted and powdered. Gave mine back.
Half coated. No cheese in one.
Disappointed.

Waiting time is long, place is grimy, staff are overworked. I would not support this establishment again.

Food is always really good, but would it kill the management/owners to have more then 1 person working ? Waited 45 mins for 4 corndogs. Clearly the staff are over worked. So ridiculous, id rather pay the extra 5-10$ so I can get my food in a respectable time. To the person working, you are doing your best, not your fault the owners have to break ethical practices to make a dollar, my question is how can you even get a break if you work by yourself like that?
PS, Turn up your damn heat!
