we ordered chaat papdi and tandoori malai chaap, no doubt chaat papdi was good but the chaap was extra salty, too much roasted as well as hard. As a customer I just want to share a genuine review so that next time I get better then i expect.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but today’s experience with this restaurant was beyond disappointing. I ordered three plates of Chole Bhatura, and I was charged $12 per plate, even though the online menu clearly lists it as $8. That’s a huge difference.

Worse, I specifically requested crispy Bhaturas, yet what I received was far from that—they were uncooked. I even called the restaurant, sent a photo of the food, and tried to explain the issue. Unfortunately, the person on the phone was shockingly dismissive, constantly arguing rather than acknowledging the mistake.

As someone from India, I know exactly what properly cooked Bhaturas should look and taste like. I also order from here more than three times a week, so to be treated like this as a regular customer is deeply disappointing.

This experience has cost them a loyal customer. I tried addressing this over the phone, but since my concerns weren’t heard, I felt the need to share my experience here.

They’re putting a lid inside the container to fake the quantity. Charging full price for quarter of the actual quantity. Horrible.

EDIT * I can’t reply to your comment, so I’m adding it here. In the second picture, you can clearly see the top lid in the background. The least you can do is own up to the mistake and apologise.
