I went here tonight and these guys are not only selling food on their heat racks that have been sitting out for HOURS. but also trying to sell their frozen and refrigerated food which is expired by atleast 4 months. This place is a health risk and I would never recommend anyone get food or drinks from here.

We pre ordered a 22 piece chicken meal 4 hours prior and we picked it up. The chicken was 30 minutes late being made and they gave 5 pieces that are so old they taste horrible. I will never eat here again wow.

Quality was super good, crunchy still by the time i got it. Super impressed. Although I would have preferred an option to add a dip. There’s not option to add nor is dip even listed.

Not impressed in the least. For the amount charged one should at the least get napkins and dip. We ordered 10 wedges and 10 tenders, which indicated the dips are included in the order, without having to ask for them and in fact there's no listing for them to be added. Won't be ordering from Chesters again.

So I went to Chester fried chicken today at portage place as I am a paying customer there for the 20 years or more. My fiance David Frederick and I ordered chicken fingers I had pasta salad which was like a scoop and he had wedges we sat down to eat and our chicken smelled like fish my fiance is allergic to fish so I took it back they would not replace the order or give me my money back. He was very rude and said ma'am we do not cook our chicken with fish so I asked for a refund 20$ and they said we are not refunding you then tried to call security so I ask the security chick to smell it she immediately turned her nose up to it and he kept arguing with me anyways don't eat at Chester fried chicken in portage place

We were very unsatisfied with are meal. We ordered a nine piece family pack and it was all thighs and drumsticks, also the salad we got with the family pack was so small it could feed one five year old kid. We won’t be ordering from here again.
